  1. orgasmic :005: :005: well done lads... Rankin and CC have taken a lot of stick (some of it deserved) but delighted for them both tonight... both carried themselves brilliantly in their interviews after the match Superb... was so needed

  5. I think the main problem is that CC has tried to play attractive football, previously opponents would fear playing ICT because they new that they would have a battle but now we are such a lightweight side that we are easily beatable and almost too nice. CC needs to get us grinding results again, we have shown so far that we don't have the players to play good passing football but we do have more fight than most teams. We should look to try and keep things simple, play it down the channels and slowly wear teams down it has worked before and will work again. 11th is a success as already said but we should hope that we can do a lot better, just now the top six has almost seperated itself from the bottom so we now need to make sure we are beating all the teams in and around us.. we really should have got the points from Dunfermline... now CC needs to get stuck into them (so to speak)
  6. Rangers main weakness is high ball stuff... agree regarding McCallister certainly hope that Hastings isn't injured
  7. think he is doubtful but I think he is worth the risk
  8. ... since everyone seems to think CC aint the man for the job; what formation would you pick tonight that would get us a result?? This is going to be a very difficult tonight and we could easily loose 3 or 4 if we are not careful. Our biggest problem is our defence lacks pace and with Novo, Sionko, Buffel or Burke and our extremely wide pitch we are going to have to compensate. I'd go: Broonie Tokely Dods Munro Hastings Duncan Wilson Black Rankin Dargo Bayne Have Duncan doing a marking job on Bazza da bam and let Black loose on the Rangers defence with Wilson and Rankin shooting at every oppertunity. Rangers main weakness is their poor defending of set pieces so it might be a benefit to have Bayne on the park. If we can handle them attacking then there is a good chance we can nick a goal at the other end.

    Fair enuff
  12. Look how well sacking the manager has worked for Charlton down south... it just causes panic amongst the players While on the flipside, Newcastle & Roeder who were under immense scrutiny have been backed by the chairman and have turned everything around Levein has done well yes but he has inherited a very good team while I think Alex Ferguson would have trouble with our squad
  13. Hmm

Strange.... on the radio they expected if anything was to come from the match it would be through Rankin :024:

Do you expect him to start criticising him to the press??? :017: I suspect he is as just as worried us but isn't going to push the panic button because of the nerves of a few moaning fans...
  15. Yeh agree... when they start winning against us, that is when we need to worry!! Currently we are 4 points to 1 up on them, so as long as we keep that up we should be safe
  16. Hmm

I think we have a goal scorer in Dargo but CC needs to pick 2 players to lead the team and stick with them... obviously Dargo was injured today but for the fact we managed to score 3 goals against Killie and create a shed load of chances, it seems that Dargo/Wyness partnership is our best option. I think sometimes CC is guilty of trying to be a bit to clever by changing the team selection each week to keep people guessing, when it isn't necessary. McCallister was given his chance today and by the sound of it he didn't show he had the minerals... I couldn't make it to the game today unfortunately but listened to it on the radio, I swear the only time I heard McCallister's name was during the squad announcement. As said already, nothing lost and nothing gained, but we have missed out on a good op pertunity to put some space between us and the bottom. Now we need to galvanise and what better time to do it than against Rangers, especially with Dunf v Moth & St Mir v Falk nxt tues someone is definitely going pick up points in the bottom 5 lets hope we can as well...
  17. Sounds like an exciting match :012: :012: What makes it worse... I'm still waiting for my Sky tv to be delivered :008: Come on ICT lets get in to them!
  18. Broonie Tokely Dods Munro Hastings? Wilson Black Duncan Rankin Wyness Bayne Hastings came off injured against Killie I take it he is fit for tomorrow??
  19. no pressure on the lads then :014: Big game, yes, but remember we are only just passed the half way mark of the season.... if we lose this it's not as if all is lost!
  20. No hassle - get her to stay in! :016: working :007:
