Who's to say he can replicate his current scoring record? It would be a helluva gamble for the boy to stay with us on the assumption that we'll keep playing so well / he'll keep scoring so many goals / we'll keep getting so many penalties. This is his chance to go and play at a higher level and make himself more financially secure. He has to take it now. Move to the Championship? That move didn't work out well for Kris Boyd. I just think if he can prove that he can keep finding the net that his stock would be far greater come the end of next season. I would probably put money on Rooney following the management team.

Summer football please. I imagine the weather is going to decimate the SPL card sporadically between now and the big thaw. It's particularly frustrating relying on booking trains and not knowing if games will be off. Summer football is the way forward.

Thought the stewards were just bizarre yesterday. First half they were harsh on folks - I saw Davie being put out - out of order and totally unfair. Hope you at least get your money back on the ticket. Why did big jamie get ejected? Are stewards heightist? Second half they didn't bother about people standing which was bizzare considering the approach in the first half. Football-wise, what a great performance from ICTFC. Thought we should have won it but I'm over the moon the record is still intact. Hopefully the game against Utd will be on.

At least the green brigade stayed until the end. Unlike most of the other Celtic fans.

Right. I've been reading up on Mr Hamer online. He's nearing the end of his refereeing career (47 is retirement age) and apparently gives free kicks for very little contact. It appears he is quite card-happy. Unlike Douglas McDonald who talks players through games.

It's Hamer time! I heard the gaffers interview about this on radio Scotland last night. Thought he summed it up beautifully, This game tomorrow certainly has a really different dimension with the referee appointments.
