Got to agree with that, I think this is the team Brew will name but I would prefer the 4-4-2 with Rooney and Wood.

Am I the only one who hopes Hartlepool win because of Jeff. As soon as I seen James Brown had scored for Hartlepool I even started celebrating as i knew the 'I feel good' was coming.

I was just wondering will next seasons UTD V BARCA be a tribute match to him and will any profit made go to a cancer charity?. As the last 2 games where a full house and they would get a full house again , i had the pleasure of being at both of them I would certainly hope so, if this was the case I would attend the match. He represented what a chairman should be and when I recall the image of Mike Ashley downing a pint of non-alcoholic lager I cringe, if only George Fraser would satnd in Section G (minus todays bigotry chanting) it would be great to have a chairman like Thompson

The best post on this thread. A man who was sitting/standing in Section G yet realises these chants were disgraceful to ICT. I sit in Section H but there is a difference in trying to generate an atmosphere and singing bigoted songs. Singing songs like ' the Famine song' is disgraceful. I'm not pro or anti IRA I'm an ICT fan, I hope the boys who sung these songs today are man enough to admit they probably shouldn't have sung these song and don't resort to this low life scum chanting again.

I think we need a right back or centre half preferably someone who could do both. A right winger. An big experienced striker. I think with the 3 of these we should be fine.

I tend to agree with SMEE, particularly in the last 18 months when he has pulled on the dark blue it seems to make him invisible, although he had a decent start to the Premiership season so hopefully he takes that form onto the pitch on Saturday.

I would go with: Fraser Tokely Munro McGuire Hastings Duncan Vigurs Cowie Black McBain Barrowman I think we have got to go 4-1-4-1. Duncan should be fit so I would play in the holding role in front of the back 4. Should Black be out I would play McBain in the centre and play Imrie out wide on the left.

Can't see McBain out wide with Imrie in the middle, I think Brew likes McBain in the middle trying to bomb forward. McGuire is on the bench as his missus has just gave birth, similar to the reason Chipper was on the bench last week.

At least they have the right players in the right positions this time around, although I think Cowie will play in the middle with Vigurs wide right
