  1. Iona bar is where most folk will be going, great pub and very close to the ground.
  2. Loving this thread! I have been on this forum since 2001/2002ish, a friend told me about it and i have been a regular viewer since then, dont post as much as before - first time i can recall meeting folf like Seoras and Govan Jaggie was in the Celtic supporters club before the league cup game, i was wearing the old "I Really 8 Ross County" shirt :-) I've made lots of lifetime friends through this site so long may it continue. Well done to Scotty,Don and the 350 other moderators ;-)
  3. We will be pitching up in The Iona, good pub where we have been going to on previous visits
  4. Absolutely shocked by this news!!! Last time i saw her was at the challenge cup final last season. The Coia's were an amazing family, i has the pleasure of attending many matches with them on the legendary Coia bus, although Ian and i had a slight falling out a few years ago i still hold fantastic memories from those trips with good friends - my thoughts and prayers are with Ian, Craig & Lesley during these painful times.
  5. i'll pop along
  6. Normally i wouldn't disagree with Mantis but i think Dougie was a great player for us...his work rate put others to shame during his season and a half in the SPL - we paid good money for him and got good money back!!! We were lucky because Hayes came in and ran with his chance last season but i would love a few more 'Dougies' in my team to wind up the opposition players/fans....He won't be a Caley legend like the Denzils & Roscoes of this world but IMO he gave everything he had every match when playing for us!!!
  7. ICT away is the only way!!
  8. Some loved him and some still hate him (i thought he was a great asset to the team) but i would have him in my first eleven every week, he got bags of abuse today but people are entitled to their opinions, Dougie loves to wind folk up and it looks like it's worked today. Never mind abusing Imrie, i'm just pissed off that we lost a game which we should be winning - must do better in Leith!!

  15. Me and few boys did this 2 years ago for the Burnley friendly.... Blackpool is a hell hole but we made the best of it, hopefully you manage to do the same. Wildcats is worth a look if it's still open :( Too much on at the moment so wont be going down It's looking like a night in Chorley after a few beers in Blackpool with a certain IHE
  16. Couple of financial disasters since I bumped into you means I won't make it - out of pocket to the tune of ?400 thanks to an exploding washing machine... Maybe try to arrange something for the Celtic game if you're heading up, though? Damn washing machines! Yeah i'll be heading up early for the Celtic game, think there will be a few of us so i'll keep you up to date nearer the time.
  17. I know there is already a Fleetwood thread on the forum but i want to add a thread which is more specific to the central belters who may be going down for the Fleetwood game.....i'm planning on getting the train and then a night in Blackpool afterwards, anyone else from the central belt planning on doing the same?
  18. I'm thinking of heading down for the Fleetwood game and then an overnight in Blackpool on the Saturday night, is anyone planning on going to this game?
  19. That is not a sufficent enuff rationale - but being in touch with Eastern Europe you could consider a bribe !! the brown envelope is in the post
