  1. im 21(22 at the end of the month) and i feel like im 30! :thumb02:
  2. Oh dear..... I take it you don't want your old job back then, CD? Thats a pity because the announcing was terrible on saturday. :thumb02: Terrible is putting it nicely aswell!
  3. I'm not so sure about that, from what I gather, quite a few of the players don't like him. Is that the players that dont see the 1st team often like Roy?
  4. I agree with that except i gave 5 to jonny...simply for having the balls to have that bleach blond look! Sanchez(IMO as i didnt see him at the Cup final) played the best game i have ever seen him play. Hopefully(touch wood) he can keep this up til the end of the season. Rooney got the 1 for the penalty at the end.
  5. There's the deciding factor there! :P
  6. I thought One Stop were doing the programmes, but then again i buy it never really look further than the team sheet!
  7. Its a start indeed. Wonder if its got anything to do with the thread on here to get them signed up for next season??? :P
  8. if only he played the way he does on Football manager(ie Scotland international in my game along with Garry Wood) :P
  9. Spoke to him briefly on sunday and i asked him had he lost a bet and hung his head! :P
  10. well im just back in after spending an hour and a half in Rileys after the game and im absolutely shocked. I thought we won 3-2! The reason i thought that is because the only part of the game i missed was about 20 minutes in and i went for a pee before buying a burger and coffee( i did wash my hands before anyone says something). I didnt hear any groan or faint cheer from inside the main stand so i thought the score was still 0-0. then i saw Ayr's 1st(probably the 2nd actually) and then our equaliser before half time). Came into the house to check the other scores from my coupon and my mum said we drew 3-3. i read her the riot act in saying we won 3-2 and up came on SSN that it was 3-3! not a happy bunny here! :025:
  11. oh well back sort of on tpoic. Chester have been thrown out of the conference for breaching 5 league rules!
  12. well if the referee gets both managers to agree(over the phone i guess) then it would be postponed. otherwise if teh ref gives the game the go-ahead and Ayr dont make in time then ICT would be awarded a 3-0 win and Ayr would be hammered by the SFL for not making the k/o.
  13. I am with you on that one Yngwie. You had that option but instead you chose to press reply :) dam ive fallen foul of it aswel! ;)
  14. Couple of more friendlies announced Sunday 28th February 2010 Highlands Football Academy, Jubilee Park Caravan Club Mavericks vs Inverness Citadel K/O 18:30 Sunday 14th March 2010 Bught Astroturf, Inverness Inverness Citadel vs Inverness High School Seniors K/O 13:00 There could be a game against Legion Aviemore announced soon but i dont know when.
  15. if it concerns Inverness CT fans heading south then no! If it concerns anyone heading north then yes!
  16. from todays Sun Rae raps Chis slur Queen of the South chairman David Rae blasted Inverness CT chief George Fraser for blaming their weekend fixture K/O on Gordon Chisholm. The Highlanders claim Doonhamers boss Chis wanted an early pitch inspection and that the park was playable come 3pm. Rae said: "I want to make it crystal clear it was the official who made the decision to call the game off at 11:30 - not our manager!" Right let me get this straight; Originally there was a pitch inspection for 09:30 saturday morning(on that basis, Queens book an overnight stay in the Travelodge Arms). The ref was not informed of any 09:30 pitch inspection, so it was then arranged for 11:00. Pitch inspection comes and after 31 minutes the ref decides to postpone the game against the recommendation of probably one of the best Groundsman in Britain and the ICT chairman. Chis accepts the game is off and promptly accuses us of not switching the USH on earlier. Fraser then replies back that we requested a 12:30 pitch inspection so the USH has a chance to work in the warmer conditions(compared to the overnight temp). Chis(allegedly) refuses this and takes his players away in the huff. 14:00 arrives and Tommy and George both say that the pitch is perfectly playable by then so teh game could have gone ahead and not wasted the players' nor the fans time and money. Today Rae announces that it ws the official who called the game off. hallelujah its finally gotten through to them that it was the REFEREE who postponed it not INVERNESS CT. so maybe they can take their rant to them now.
  17. it aint the San Siro, all football grounds are cold, even in the summer!
  18. So how long do we run with that policy? As we all know, the last relegated team to win the First Divison was Hibs in 1999. By demanding that Butcher delivers where Jimmy Calderwood, Billy Stark, Jim Duffy, John Robertson and Stephen Kenny all failed seems to be setting a ridiculously high target. I thought it was St.Mirren???
  19. Because 3 more inches can be cleared from the pitch but that extra inch makes all the difference! Do you just make these things up? There was a lot more snow when we played Dundee on boxing day, it is more to do with the surrounding conditions if the game is off or not as the temperature is forcast to rsie. There is no set depth of snow that calls a game off. Yeh there is. try the Drumochter for that!
  20. Is that what your mate is saying? well BBC forecast says its going to snow heavier and more constant for the next 2 days so the game probably will be called off tomorrow rather than friday id think?
  21. Dont hold your breath ok i wont
  22. been snowing since atleast 5am this morning and is still snowing as of this moment. it has been on and off but it has been quite thick when it has been snowing.
