  1. BUT the result will have a MASSIVE effect on our season.
  2. Same feckin song - different words He's from Lagos - A mighty striker - called Eddie Ofere He's from Lagos - A mighty striker - called Eddie Ofere Ofere, Ofere, Ofere Soprano Needed - Apply at Hampden Park 19/04/15 https://youtu.be/wqLKBvQhOb4
  3. Ok - why did Watkins play so deep ? Is Ofere a 60 minute man and should be used like this next week and put in a shift like he did early doors ? Do we have to keep Meekings as last man at all times ? Williams or Doran or 60/30 minutes each but who first ? How to we get Tansey more in play ? Christie and Watkins on the break could murder them with pace. I am now looking forward to next week with optimism. Yogi just on Sky decrying second half performance and sit and protect style. Also criticised poor passing game. Also criticised the pitch and CC more or less informed us that there WILL be a plastic surface next season. We are better than that. We are going to have a go next week and make the fans proud - FECKIN respect (again). CC on Ofere said he "looked really tired after an hour" and that his son should have scored.
  4. Great feckin point - pros and cons but NOTHING to fear fer next week.
  5. That could have been a second yellow fer Ofere who looks totally spent.
  6. Commentary states that Cellic have won their last 51 games when they score first and are late goal specialists. Doran and Vincent for Williams and Christie. STRANGE.
  7. Tansey so close and a deflection to boot. Doran coming on !! DOH.
  8. I take it that this is our Cup Final X1 and we are giving Ofere as much match time as possible. Are we holding back on subs to disrupt the game late on ? 10 minutes to go and that is risky stuff.
  9. It is at this time that I expect the late Cellic clincher !!
  10. Cellic 9-1 on corners but we are holding on but it is constant pressure.
  11. Well Ross Draper VERY, VERY lucky not to get second yellow. Thank god that the ref is so feckin inconsistent. We are now on the cosh and I cannnot understand why Ofere has not been hooked.
  12. SCRAPPY DOO booked for DIVING - Sky confirms sly, cheating *******.
  13. Ofere is struggling. Now looking a bit out of his depth. We have no ball out.
  14. Oh close. Meekings takes it as Ofere flies in - what is Nigerian for feckin leave it. But we are on the front foot with Ryan in control.
  15. Armstrong booked !! 4-2. Shocking inconsistency..
  16. Meekings was "professional" and one fer the team. Ofere was ridiculous involving Scappy Doo. Scappy then conned Draper but Ryan conned Dick Van Dyke. Marleys was clumsy and late. Really worried about how deep we have been playing which allows Cellic to take control. Tansey has been taken out of the game. Marley is having to be too defence minded. Ofere looks strong but no support and wee Ryan is running on Duralex. First tackle of second half is a clear yellow and guess which way and guess the outcome.
  17. Seen Yogi remonstrating to get out and we don't. Need a complete bollicking.
  18. Ross Draper makes it a bakers dozen of yellows and yet another unneeded one. What a save from Ryan. Oh let's play on Ambrose. let's switch Williams and Marley.
  19. And Ofere gets a yellow for a FAIR tackle on Brown - clearly got the ball on Sky and Brown flounders.
  20. We really need to sort out the defence. Our answer appears to be to lie deeper and that is even worse.
  21. That was his left knee. Was it not his right at Hamilton. Will Scott Brown ever be booked ?
