  1. I was not referring to the merger. I was referring to a completely separate series of events after that was all settled which related to the funding of the stadium.

Not sure how he can still be "unfit" !! It is more a case of him adapting to the Scottish game and our style of play. I am beginning to sway towards keeping him. He will probably always make mistakes and look clumsy. I suspect that he has never been "a worker" and he tires in games becos of the effort he has to put in to fit in to our style. He will learn in time how to pace himself. BUT he really does have an eye for goals and that is what we have been missing this year.
  3. See you fer the singing and dancing - if ya can get up the steep stairs ya old ******* !!
  4. Don't ya just luv global warming HAIL HAIL
  5. Seems to be a few dudes flying in from all over the world. I may be an ersehole but I love meeting up with the world wide faithful. SIGN IN please.
  6. Can I just double that reminder to Downpatrick, Oz, Toronto and Bahrain - at the very least. I may be watching the final from the Clockwork.
  7. Just to remind you that my favourite tipple is still a double voddie and coke.
  8. Is it just me but I would prefer it to be the faithful / loyal. With little allowance for letting people sit together you often can end up surrounded by people that you have never seen before and may never do again. This was even irritating at the semi final with the decision to leave a gap between two elements of our support.
  9. Thank you for the recognition - Hail, Hail.
  10. It is a bit like the merger as well. That was a farce.
  11. I will be there without the feckin car and I will try to discover a little something to make me sweeter, but maybe refrain from breaking my heart. Caley I am so in love with you, I will be forever blue, don't give me a reason not to make me work so hard, that you gimme no, that you gimme no, that you gimme no, that you gimme no - I hear you calling, baby please show a little respect to me.
  12. Hail, Hail sonny

  14. That has made me think about the apparent drop in recent attendances (night duty break ). I know of quite a few of my acquaintances who had been fairly regular attenders at TCS who rarely go now. They are all followers of other SPL teams, mainly the OF and Aberdire. I feel that we are now a real "threat" to those outfits and where as before it was the big boys and little old ICT. But a HTG states it feels a bit of a dream now in regard to the Howden End days.
  15. The sooner that we can confirm that third place the better IMHO. That takes the pressure off and should allow us to play unrestricted prior to and during the final. I have a funny feeling that this attainment may be more about the points dropped by the Arabs and St Jones Town but so what !! Personally I would continue to pair Warren and Meekings until the third place is attained and then look at alternating them with Devine. We also have to give Ofere as much playing time as possible. He certainly has not convinced me and Nick Ross really looked the part against Cellic. Christie is flying but perhaps needs to be more of a 60-70 minute man.
  16. Nothing worse than narcissistic, attention seeking, faceless trolls Hail, Hail
  17. Sneckboy is an inverted self righteous bigot. I bet he used to be a Clach supporter !! We will have a table of ex Old firm supporters next - Lol - hopefully assembled after 1994 !!
  18. I suppose the stereotypical suggestion is that all fans of Cellic and Rangers are institutionalised, secretarian louts ? Seems just as sour a state of mind to me.
  19. What the Clockwork was under investigation too ?
  20. The caustic soda on my left upper arm is fair hurting.
  21. YOGI HUGHES - SEIGE MENTALITY.
  22. Yip - me and my solicitor have been there before.
  23. It was Steven McLean in the Masonic lodge with a sash.
