  1. To be fair Imrie is the best player on the park at the moment and is really running the line well and is gelling with Bannerman - who looks a different player.
  2. Tide is beginning to swing - Zadi looks very, very dodgy - Imrie sums up his season - great challenge, powers forward, beats three defenders and then - an abysmal pass. Proctor and Rosscoe are double teaming McGeady well and Barrowman is really running the line well. But so far we are compressing everything into midfield and there is no tempo to the game - which is what we want.
  3. Great first five - full of energy - Foran offside was very, very close - with Boruc flapping fer the second time.
  4. Isnt that a very depressing fact - Come on Caley
  5. Oh dear - just saw the Cellic line up - Samaras and McDonald up front with Robson and McGeady down the flanks Lets hope Boruc is on fire !! I would be really targetting Zadi !!
  6. Butcher has just been on Setanta - laffing and joking but clearly cheesed off - may be his honesty but says that the starting line up is a big gamble, Cowies' move made for a last minute switch, inferring that too many players had injuries or werent match fit, pointed out that the team didnt really know each other. What the feck - Another TOTAL feckin indictment on our Board of Muppets. They must have had a hand in this. Taking in players who arent match fit - as was clear to us - and playing them before this game - But Zadi at full back !!!! Proctor in rite midfield !!! Foran wide left and Imrie up front !! I can see a bit of the logic in Proctor but he hasnt played there fer yonks and is drained of confidence. What about Vigurs ? And what about Barry Wilson - sitting in the Setanta studio and clearly inferring that he didnt want to go and wishes he was back !! FECK THE BOARD. Lets hope Butcher can fire up this Mottley crew cos if I was Strachan I would be rubbing my hands, going at us from the start, playing down the flanks and going to kill us off early doors. Time to all feckin pray.
  7. Well at the moment we just don't know where "speaking out" is going to get us. Hopefully up the league, but it is a bit premature to assume that now Brewster has gone and Butcher is in place everything will be rosy. Granted but just having Butcher here is a bonus - even if it is to show our muppets how to communicate properly with the fans - in an open and honest manner - and to promote a togetherness - that in itself has been sadly missing fer a long time both on and off the park.
  8. As a connisseur of physiological effects I have some fears in regard to the sudden surge of adrenaline hitting the TCS. My concern is that in order to be utilised to its best effects adrenaline has to be harnessed and controlled. My main concerns reach out to the likes of Imrie, Duncan, Black and Tokely. Passion, drive and effort are necessary ingredients in our quest fer survival but so are restraint, patience and concentration. Hope Butch puts a modicum of control into his dressing room address or they may be one or two back in it quicker than we would have wanted.
  9. Share the sentiments and will follow the cause - but passion and effort is simply not enuff - if we go down I want to go down playing football. Butcher has already probably ensured the first ingredients - he has so little time to put in his own system and philosophy. But good luck to him - the best of luck - I believe but only just.
  10. Am I alone in thinking that our Supporters Trust may actually have had a distinct influence on the events of the past week. Fired on by many of the posters on this forum the Trust took a big step by challenging the management of this club and really almost forced them into formal communication. The Trust and DJS in particular (and many fans) were belittled and chastised by the management who practically derided the concerns voiced, appeared to be stating that things would stay as they were and pointed out that there were no plans to alter anything. The Supporters Trust brought this clearly into the public domain and the media. They have endured their fair share of abuse on this forum as well but should they not be congratulated on taking on the muppets and winning. Many of the things that have happened this week - both on and off the pitch - is what twenty of us have been advocating fer months. Take a bow - the members of the ICT Supporters Trust - ;) :thumb04: :018: and before yas all have a pop - read the signature. POWER TO THE PEEPLE
  11. One wonders if Butcher had arrived a touch earlier that all the PCA's may not have been a concern ?
  12. I reckon you could have been rasher than you were and talked a load of tripe - but make no bones about it - Brew rightly got the chop but the off cuts left Butcher in a rite stew.
  13. Love the pun That is not funny - there is a lot at steak here.
  14. Lest you not forget - This was not all about Craig Brewster - he was backed and supported to the hilt. Do you think that Butcher may have got results at Midden, Motherwell and Hamilton ? Plus Butcher still has the legacy of a Brewster squad to deal with.

Feck me - ya look as fat a Bee as Bob Booker and Dave Webb - hope yer not as hard though. :thumb04: Get yerself a feckin kilt and I'll take you to a game - I need somebody standing beside me to make me look thin. :018:
  16. And then the total indignity of being shipped off to Inverness - The boy is going to have a feckin inferiority complex rather than an exaggerated ego. :thumb04: As ma good friend Yazz once said to me - "The only way is up Baby "
  17. With the greatest of respect - and not in the current context whasoever - but this is my abiding memory of Terry Butcher in an England shirt - feckin great music as well. Visit My Website
  18. You could also go down a feckin spooky vault with Feb 8th before or after the game.
  19. Just think what it would be like if this all happened a month ago ?
  20. Whats the feckin passion for Proctor ? We beat Cellic becos of Niculae, Cowie, Rankin, Black and Fraser. That was due to playing Cellic with the pace amd forward mobvement of Rankin, Black and Cowie - ably abetted by the touch of Niculae. Wouldnt you love to see that again - Cowie - Black - Rankin ?? Lest you not forget Proctor left us in the mire with 25 minutes to go !!

Agree Captain Scarlet but lest you not all forget - This was not all about Craig Brewster - he was backed and supported to the hilt.
  22. I have surpassed Nod as I have got an exclusive photo of Eric Odhiambo being met by Mike Skith at the signing. Visit My Website
  23. May I suggest that you make this more believable and truer to life. What you need to do is to pair peeple up, stand them twenty feet apart and get them to run at an imaginary ball in the middle and thereby headbutting each other on contact. Colin may just need to enrol a First Aider to add to the authenticity and Scoobie needs to ensure there is lots of warm soapy water to mop up the floor.

Lots of positive vibes Alex - and about time too - but what if Brewster had pinched a win at Hamilton ? - lest you not forget this is not all about Craig Brewster.
