Brian Kerr And Tam Mcmanus?
Because Craig Brewster was our manager. Lest you all forget it was not all about Craig Brewster - He was avidly supported - to the hilt.

Butcher's Mafia
I know where you are coming from - but it is the Board of Muppets and Brewster that we should be decrying - You have to accept that we will be lucky to take anything out of the Cellic game - a point would be a massive bonus. Butcher cant sort out the mess made by the Board of muppets and Brewster in a feckin week - especially if one of the Muppets is advising him. It is not his fault that he has been landed in the doo doo - we simply have to give a chance - the proof will be the change in the system, the change in the selections - no doubt a million miles away from what Brewster and the Muppets favoured. Hopefully Butcher can change the mind set on and off the pitch. All we can hope fer on Saturday is a display of passion and effort - till the death - and that may be just about enuff to scare the pants of the Cellic. Scotty - I TOLD YA SO - since April 2008.

(merged) Foran & Odhiambo Sign
But hopefully Foran doesnt follow suit : Nae Horrific

(merged) Foran & Odhiambo Sign
He was at Brentford, where Butcher might have seen him. He was also at Southend (where Foran has just come from), and was at Leicester when Levein was there and Levein took him to United ...... sounds like there might be something there ..... According to Wikipedia he also has an excellent full name .... Eric Geno S. Odhiambo-Anaclet Feck me - how much would that cost to get on the back of yer feckin shirt - if this **** turns out to be a feckin superstar he will be dubbed ERIC. But as an anagram he is just what the club needed - A Baa Credence Smoothing Oil

The Threat Of Relegation
I think the Board KNEW how close they were to the chop.

The Threat Of Relegation
Personally I feel it is more about our Cup performances - If we were a mid table SPL team I would be relatively happy - but we were brought up with the excitement - and positives - of our Cup runs. I bet if we hit a semi or even a final that our fan base would be satisfied. I fear if we drop now - not that I enjoy the SFL and its better away days - but we are gaining support becos of our SPL status and we need to keep it. But the muppets on the Board have pushed us very close to relegation. Hopefully Butcher will be our saviour.

Team for Celtic
Same wavelength davie - it shows the peeple who study the games instead of just watching them - Feck me, thats a compliment ya fecker. I still worry that it depends on who advises Butch and Misspass this weekend. I think Rosscoe has to go to rite back but Pav has to be right sided to cover (as Dods did) as Cellic and the Huns have targetted our rite flank regularly fer the last two seasons. Stciking Cowie wide rite in front would also give us extra cover. He has to play Pav and Munro as they are building up an understanding. Please dont put Granty to left back. Left back - Vigurs would be a risk but who else is there ? Only option could be Maguire as a stop gap, especially if Munro is pulled in more central. I hope that the next week he adheres with McBain. The midfield you choose is what I would go fer if it wasnt fer the call offs and the rest of the season - but I think that we have to put Duncan in there. Imrie is fast becoming a "cult" figure and should be given the chance to prove his worth as a player. Rooney should be the first choice - reckon Foran would be on the bench at the most. Morais may be a risk to play so we may have to go fer Rooney and Barrowman - IMHO Rooney and Wood is a waste of space. I would love to see Barrowman now he is freed from the shackles. It is such a shame that we dont have Bazza in the squad cos I would have either pitched him in from the start or had him ready to come on. That is now as bad a decision as the Muppets made.

Butchers' First Predicament
You were never out of favour old boy - Alter egos dont have feelings. :thumb04:

Butchers' First Predicament
Well I did suggest other players from Latvia , not an agent!! but it fell on DEAF ears, does that ring a bell IHE. Pavels is happy in Inverness, according to Latvian press, I do not want to see ICFC to have a Latvian back line, but Latvians can defend. I know TB did well at Motherwell with what he had, but the squad needs a drastic, immediate, churn out, get rid of the old war horses, people in the team over the hill, past best, glad of a wage. Ok might take a season but!!! So you did suggest Pavel then ? And would you care to squash any rumour as to who is sponsoring him ?

Should Black Play Against Celtic?
There is a big difference to quotes that you make as a Setanta presenter and a Manager. The presenter will give their personal opinion - I agree with Butcher and I dont like short term loan signings either - but Brewster the manager has an obligation to the club and will play whoever is available if they fit into his system and are showing the form at training and on the pitch. Cant see any of the months of bitching taking place with Brew and the Muppets.

Butcher's Mafia
This guy is a solo PR on wheels !! Am I rite in pointing out that he is alluding to a lot of what we have been saying fer months. Yet another indictment on Brew and the muppets who supported him.

New Club Mascot Please!
I would galdly take on the role - free travel and accomodation paid fer of course - but would Mike Smith allow me to brandish a claymore ?
-
Loan Players
This next post should be sarcasm but I am afraid that it is tinged with a modicum of concern Lets just hope that the Boardroom muppets have done their homework on this and dont end up losing us some points. Did we get sterling or euros for the Johnny Foreigners ?

Tb Interview
Why do you always have to be so negative and pessimistic ?
-
Butchers' First Predicament
Hopefully the muppets won't have a say anymore! Unfortunately they may to kick off with - but Butcher is clearly his own man - will be interesting how things pan out in the next few weeks - I am hopeful that the Boards support of Brew and choice of Butcher is going to blow up in their smug faces.
-
Tb Interview
Plus he didnt beat around the bush about Cowie - straight answers to straight questions - I bet that would have been a Boardroom secret fer feckin weeks before - Hope he keeps on telling us straight and keeps us updated. I am beginning to warm to him as our Board must be a wee bit worried. How did he come across Charlie B ?

Why Did Everyone Hate Malky Thompson?
Spot on. I also think that hate is too big a word - frustrated and pisssed of yes. I would have been happy with a sourfaced, miserable ******* as long as they could manage and coach.
-
Butchers' First Predicament
Add a second - who do you play at left back - Royster suspended; Gatheuusi and Hastings injured - Ian Vigurs ? But the muppets might suggest Grant Munro ?
-
Tb Interview
Its all about "belief" and the "fans" - belief has to be built up and progress is the first thing to go for - Hastings out,Gattheussi not as bad an injury as thought, Morais back in training but not match fit - Cowie HAS signed the pre contract with Watford - but he isnt ruling any of them out. And he slipped and referred to Inverness Caley - The guy is a feckin brammer :thumb04: :018:
-
Butchers' First Predicament
Giving his negative comments about Ian Black and pre-contracts - and with Cowie almost deffo going to Watford - what does Butcher do ? Black and Cowie will both be in the same boat - will he play them or bench them or drop them ? I know what the "advice" will be from the muppets but you cant treat them differently - I really hope that he plays them both as we dont have anyone to replace them (yet). As sombody already stated it didnt affect the Machine - did it ? I have to agree with Butcher that I dont like the concept of these pre contract agreements and it is an agreement which is perhaps better being wrapped up in secrecy. The selections over the next few games are going to be very interesting.

Best Wishes To The New Management Team
If he feckin climbs on a horse, gallops along the main stand and screams "Alba gu bra" he will have my undying support.

Anticipation And Concern
I have no doubt that he can manouvre the chopper into position - I am more worried who is going to bale out of the fecker and carry us to safety - Maurice Malpas ? Pity the crew didnt have more local knowledge and werent being shown the rope by the village eejits.
