This site is very helpful in all matters relating to Caley Thistle - That is when it's running normally.... :023:
  2. So how should Caley approach this one..?? Blackie was our MOM during last season's cup tie - he did a superb marking job on Nakamura.... Celtic only got the upper hand after he went off.... Same approach again...? :024:
  3. A feel for the night..?? :014: :014:

Naaaah..... Ok... Dougie McLean wrote the song - but it didn't do very much until Frankie Miller got a hold of it and turned it into one of the best examples of Scottish Soul you are ever likely to come across.... Incredible performance by an incredible performer.... :clapping03: :clapping03:

They should march on to the pitch to the tune of Flower of Scotland played by a pipe band.... Just like when Gavin Hastings led the Scotland rugby side out at Murrayfield, shortly before Scotland trounced England thus winning the Grand Slam, the Triple Crown and the Calcutta Cup (1990) :022: :014: :022:

I've heard it said that in America they print instructions on toilet paper.... :017:
  9. Just as long as we give them a taste of what they can expect in our forthcoming league encounters.... :018:

Simply by virtue of being American.... The thickest race on the planet... :blah01: Feel free to delete this post Scotty..... :023:
  11. I've noticed that too, Proctor... Sometimes wondered if CC was just too nice a guy to be in football management.... Perhaps he (CC) would have taken the view that to single someone out for encouragement or praise might offend some lesser performing person in the side.... Brewster's had that few months from leaving DUFC to coming back here (via Aberdeen) to really think about his management career.... he has gained more experience which he will surely put to good use here... Despite our present league position I think the future for Caley looks extremely promising right now.... :022:

I've seen enough positives so far this season to suggest that Caley are capable of much more than just staying up... The games against Motherwell, St Mirren and Hibs yesterday, could have, or should have been at least drawn, or even won, had we had a wee bit of a luck and a few decent breaks.... :024: All we need is one decent win in the league to kickstart our season, that'll give our confidence a huge boost... Where better to start than against the 'tics on Saturday..... Caley will be massive underdogs for this one - no one will give them a cat in ****'s chance which will suit them just fine.... I can't think of a better platform for Brewster and Niculae to show what they are capable of... :rolleyes02:
  13. Yeah - That HIV's no laughing matter.... I certainly wouldn't like to catch it again.... :010:
  14. Brewster had never seen Niculae play until Tuesday's cup tie with Arbroath... Partnerships take time to come to fruition (just ask my partner) I thought Niculae looked very promising on Tuesday - even given the standard of the opposition - He is going to have to work on his fitness, but who better to help him with that than Brew... Shame Brew didn't take the penalty today... It certainly sounded on the radio that we deserved at least a draw... Certainly isn't time to press the panic button yet...... :rolleyes02:
  15. If we end up winning this 1-2, with two goals from Brewster would it alter your opinion of him..?
  16. Sounds like a great game.... Still think we can win here...... :014:
  17. Think you could be on the board early next week with a post like that Yngwie... :022:

  19. Dundee Utd and Mothersmell unseeded..? Wouldn't want to get either of them next..... :024:
  20. This feckin athritis is beginning to get me down..... :007:
  21. Don't be ridiculous - that would spell : C.U.N.T.S.
  22. That's a bit of a mouthful is it not..?
  23. Well - You'd know all about that - Kiltarlity.... :crazy07:
  24. I don't think there is any need for a statement to clarify the situation regarding the post of assistant manager. Vice Chairman, Mr Bennett made it abundantly clear to all us privelleged members of the supporters trust, that Mr Park would remain with the club irrespective of who would become the new manager. In fact this statement was issued to that privelleged body, BEFORE the Mr Bennet knew who would be appointed to replace Charlie Christie and before the exhaustive and thoroughly searching programme of interviews had taken place.. :023:
  25. Has the Immortal Howden Ender got a hot hatch..?? :crazy07:
