I can believe that story..... During the long hot summer of 2006, I was walking my highly trained black lab around the perimeter of Fraser Park, whilst some chaps were playing cricket.... Someone managed to hit a half decent shot through the boundary which I expertly fielded before tossing it towards one of their fielders.... Unfortunately highly trained black lab, showing a remarkable turn of speed for an old dog, took off and managed to get to the ball and sink his teeth into it, just before the fielder guy reached it.... The ball had only picked up a few teeth-marks but strangely, these cricketing guys just didn't see the funny side of it...... :024:
