  1. I would rather see Barrowman played CB than this oaf!
  2. I don't know how i will make it down to the game. Let alone helping with this.
  3. If Shay is such a magnificent keeper how come he had ten years of carnage in front of him at Newcastle? He was the only constant in that defence. He goes to City and the same happens. Richard Dunne becomes a "bad" player and gets punted. Micah Richards plays his way out of the World Cup. Lescott and Toure become duffers but according to the pundits he was Mark Hughes's best signing. He has had one clean sheet in the league since August. Silly thing to say. Given is a fantastic keeper and the Best in the EPL. To say otherwise is foolish.
  4. This is one of the best posts ever on here! I have not one iota of sympathy for hughes. Spent almost a quarter of a billion pounds and built a team that cannot keep a clean sheet. Man City may well win the league in the next few years but it will be a financial victory nothing more. Hughes is better off out of it. I have sympathy. A defense is something that needs to be moulded together. They need to know how eachother play ect. Up front, its much easier to get it right. Midfield is also a lot easier. But defence is always a problem and you need time to let all the defenders get to know eachother.
  5. If we can beat them in the league at some point this season i would be happy. Both are a must or Butcher doesn't even get the option to stay I agree. If we fail to beat County in the league all season and they finish ahead of us, he has to go. No ifs or buts. We were lucky to beat them in the cup and so far we have not been good enough to beat them in the league.
  6. Yes, they really are. Marius ring any bells?
  7. Its done. Hughes out and Mancini in.
  8. C'mon, we shouldn't kid ourselves. If the atmosphere actually stayed rather than being blowen into the sea, then you would be able to tell they are louder, though we were louder at County Away i think! Thats not a very positive atitude Its nothing to do with positive or negative. Its the truth. They were louder than us in the last game at ICT.
  9. :D C'mon, we shouldn't kid ourselves. If the atmosphere actually stayed rather than being blowen into the sea, then you would be able to tell they are louder, though we were louder at County Away i think!
  10. C'Mon you spu-rs!
  11. Tom, your a city fan and havent been anywhere near manchester either :021: He has actually. Closer than you have been ya Glory Hunter!
  12. :001: :029: :029: :025: :025: Brilliant. Well said Mr.D
  13. You get pizza, Chips and Sausage Rolls at Celtic Park though.
  14. Bar the fact i couldn't feel my feet, i really enjoyed the game and was great to see us dominate throughout.
  15. Congratulations to all those who stuck by Rooney btw. They said that once he scored in a game or two, he would hit form. And i have to say that has happened!
  16. I thought he was solid. Held the team together well.
  17. Had a very good steak pie though it burnt the mouth off me. The prices have increased a lot which is not good!
  18. Im happy with this tbh. Hes good enough in Midfield to get in our team. I feel with Tokely out, Proctor will be RB with Duff in Midfield.
  19. Now I'm no fan of Manure but everybody always gets on at their fanbase's locations I'm sure the same could be said of many of the old firm fans as well. I often see their tops being worn around Sneck and wonder if the person has even been south of Perth. BUT to be honest I don't really see the problem with supporting a team from a place you haven't been born and bred in. I was brought up in Australia and the 1st game of footy I saw was Liverpool vs somebody or other. Can't remember the score, who they played or if they even won/lost. When I returned to England I saw them and thought yep they're the team for me and have supported them ever since. Thats fine and well. But even when Liverpool are doing well, most their fans still dont have the sheer arrogance of United fans. Shouting about how ***** the rest of the teams are compaired to their amazing side! Its a joke.
  20. Im looking forward to this, as a new steak pie is like Christmas to me. I get very excited. Though they do the Pies at Celtic Park and when i had one last.....Lets just saw it wasnt the greatest. Heres hoping its just because that club is full of tight fisted arseholes though!
  21. Tbh, i have to agree where Tom is coming from. Most of the United fans have never even been to Manchester let alone Old Trafford yet they are always celebrating how good a team they are. Same old. Because when they were wee Bairns, United always seemed to be the best, so they support them.
  22. Blackie managed to get himself sent off after the match!! I know, but he didnt try to kick something and fall over!
  23. :) What a fool
