  1. Funnily enough, I'd heard a whisper to that effect just today. Seems that he's in demand despite his injury record.
  2. Following on IHE's thread about the most gifted and entertaining ICT player over the years, who is the most skillful opposition player you've seen. For me, albeit in as single match, it has to be Craig Bellammy when he was on loan at Celtic. The match was a midweek affair at the TCS which Celtic won 2-0 as I recall and Bellammy's pace and skill that night was phenonemal.
  3. and a lot more than Brooks Mileson these days !
  4. On his day Ian Black is as gifted a player as we've had. Paul Sheerin had his momments and at the height of his powers a Wyness stepover was a sight to behold. Opponents knew it was coming but still seemed bamboozled by it. On the whole though, Iwouldn't disagree with Barry Robson.

Denzil has always been a confidence player even when he was banging in goals at the rate of more than one every two games. The way that he has been "managed" has severely undermined his confidence. If that is not to change then he would be as well moving on and working for a boss who will be supportive of him.
  6. Of the two of them, there's no doubt who is more valuable to the club. Unfortunately, of the two, Brewster is more likely to still be here at the begining of next season.
  7. I don't much like Charlie Nicholas or Andy Gray. Richard Gordon is my favourite also.
  8. When Ifirst saw Martin Bavidge play when he was about 16 or 17 I was convinced that he was the most skillful young player I'd ever witnessed on a football pitch. I was sure that he would go on to play for Scotland and star in the English Premiership. Just goes to show why I'm not a football scout.

I believe that Dennis it would be worth retaining Denzil.
  10. I agree that Burchill offers a better prospect than Crawford.
  11. A Crawford /Brewster partnership is at least 5 years out of date.
  12. Personally, If Brewster stayed and made prudent signings and started next season successfully I would indeed back him. That said, I am fearful that nex seson will hearald our first genuine relegation scrap at the business end of the season.
  13. Crawford's not even much of a threat in the First Division these days. In my opinion, he's long past being able to be a force in the SPL.
