  1. I'm sure that Barry is still capable of doing a great job in the first division.
  2. Then again, the last time we showed a bit of ambition with a signing it stirred up a hornets nest which still hasn't settled down.
  3. The contents of bangers didn't make particularly ood genies on their own but mixed with the guts of a rocket and at least one Roman candle could be quite spectacular.
  4. We'll do well to hold off Kilmarnock and St Mirren to retain ninth place. To be honest, on current fom, I don't believe we have any real chance of catching either Hearts or Falkirk.
  5. Personally, I thought that St Johnstone would beat Hamilton. Having taken full points from that fixture I suspect that Hamilto are still likely to be four points ahead come the final match at Dens. That said, from the neutral point of view, it would be great if that match did turn out to be the title decider.

It's well known that Mr Sutherland was unhappy about Robbo's conduct during the time that the club were attempting to negotiate compensation for his move to Tynecastle.
  8. Brewster didn't achieve five out of five post split during his last spell, that was Charlie Christie. From my recollection, we didn't win a single match post split during Brewster's last spell in charge.
  9. I would agree with that, the truth will emerge before too long.
  10. Anything less than ten points from these remaining fixtures will be a disappointment.

Brown would have gone for nothing at the end of that season so to have got a fee in excess of ?100,000 for him was a good piece of business.

    Would we want them ?
  13. H; St Mirren A; Hearts H; Kilmarnock A; Aberdeen/Falkirk H; Gretna Would be my guess. In which case we may have the dubious "honour" of being present at the death of a football club.
