Maybe it's just me? I wouldn't swap any of our cup record. I think we have created 12 upsets in 11 years in the lower leagues. Two semis at Hampden plus a replay. Beating Celtic twice. The first time was 10 years before Cownty and it was our first ever season in div 1. More wins at Tynecastle, Fir Park etc. Coming from 3 down to beat Ayr. Reaching the quarters as a div 3 side. Taking DUFC to 210 mins as a div 2 side. Swap all this for what? One cup run beating Hibs and Celtic to reach a final, and then forgetting to turn up. Our cup record is amazing. 12 'shocks' in our time...and only once can I remember us being 'scalped'. Partick Thistle beat us a few years back. So yeah, we should be proud of our cup record! Ayr United in the league cup last season at Summerset. Queens Park at home in the league cup a few years back when we were in the 1st division.

Would it still be a great season for us if we ended up finishing 4th and Ross County either 2nd or 3rd? Or would that be too much of a sickener for us to get over. I doubt it will happen but it's just a WHAT IF. After tonights result its looking a bit crazy at the top end of the table.

I absolutely love remembering about how terrible he was, he's playing in the east of Scotland league at the moment I think, can't remember who for though.

Yeah same as luke for me, if Foran is back then he comes in and out goes Ross. Nothing against Nick and he has done well recently but we just need our captain back in the starting lineup.

Probaby because he hasn't put in a decent shift for around 3 months now.

We're going to lose 2nd place now over the next couple weeks and maybe slip down to around mid table but with the way the team is playing i'm still confident we can achieve top 6. Then after we make that we can start building for a top 4 finish.

Nah i'm sure i'd rather have Ronaldo, he's one of the greatest ever. Van Persie is excellent but he's not in that category.

I'm not convinced any kind of revamp is going to overall improve Scottish football as a whole but it will at least breath fresh air into the current set up. I'm a fan of the 12-12 becoming 8-8-8, For a bottom 4 side it will be great to play a different 4 sides that season. They really need to sort out the pyramid system though, that is key to keeping the game fresh and the sooner teams like East Stirling get relegated for being utter crap the better.

Well normally i'd say bring Morrison in to replace Draper but seeing as he's away on loan then its a great chance for Nick Ross to get back into the running.

If he manages to get us into the top 6 and if we qualify for Europe top 4 then hes got to be the greatest ever ICT manager for that achievement, At the moment i reckon its Pele. As for a statue though, maybe down the years but not at this moment. One excellent season doesn't merit a statue.

Outscored any other player in the history of the SPL including Larsson? He's good enough for any of the other 11 sides i reckon. Whether or not he's worth the ridiculous wages is another thing though.

St mirren deserved to be infront at half time and should have had a penalty just before ours when g shinne had taken down goncalves missing the ball completely. 2nd half was a much better game for us and the slick passing we've been used to returned, as the game grew on I was getting more and more confident we would win. A bit gutted to lose a goal in the last 10 minutes which kind of felt like it was out of nowhere. Not the end of the world however if we do want this European spot we should have been coming home with a draw at least. We're still 2nd though and have a decent amount of breathing space over hibs and Aberdeen. Really looking forward to the killie game and hoping we can get another crack at a semi final.

Discussions for Europe should be left for when we reach the final 5 matches in the top 6. Pretty confident we won't throw away a 7 point lead with a game in hand over utd in the last 9 matches so after let's reassess the European situation on game 33.

If he's good enough he should play. He's already proven as one of the best left backs in the spl so we know he has the talent.

I actually agree with this. We're 2nd in the SPL this season, we should be offloading players to teams in the first division. I don't know if its because of the travelling distance but i've got a feeling thats exactly why it always seems to be Elgin. He's too good for them and should be playing at a higher standard, its great that he's going to be getting first team football but i wish it was at a higher level.

Danny Wilson signed for Liverpool on the 21st of July I think.
