  1. Yes, I think so. Scottish club rugby has had a similar kind of split for the last couple of years.
  2. Two leagues of 12......splitting mid-season into 3 leagues of 8? If that's the structure they are planning, it certainly maximises the number of meaningful games, adds a good bit of variety to the teams you play and potentially generates 4 promotion/relegation places. Could be interesting, and I'm not against giving it a shot.
  3. At this moment in time, ICT and Celtic are the only teams in contention for the treble. Not often you can say that. Some might say St Mirren too, but they are more in contention for relegation.
  4. Pencil might be the better option at this stage.
  5. This is the 5th time we've been in a cup draw this season, and the 5th time we've been drawn away from home. The chances of that happening are 1 in 32, I think.
  6. It's Killie away.

In the last 6 weeks he has scored 8 goals. Now, in the same time period, that lad Messi has scored 16, BUT ............none of his were against County!
  8. Draw takes place at 1.05pm today and is live on Sky Sports News. We obviously have a tricky replay to deal with first, but if we can shake off our shadows, who would you want? The lack of any real upsets so far means there are not many desirable ties up for grabs. Forfar away would be my first preference, we haven't been there for about 10 years as far as I can recall. A return to Arbroath would also be fine, and a first visit to Turriff would be a nice novelty, here's hoping both of them can win their replays.
  9. Sheesh! One half to keep your neck warm, the other for wiping your a**e?

Given that they are already on 10, 9 and 8, I'd be flipping disappointed if we didn't!
  11. Revised lyrics: He plays on the left He plays on the riiiiiiight Richie Foran Scores when he's offside

To put all this in context - last season our top scorer got 9 goals. Billy has overtaken that and we're not even half way through the season.
  13. What an incredible week it has been, with 2 great wins and an incredible draw from 3 difficult away fixtures. What was your favourite moment? I've made some suggestions in a wee poll.
  14. The BBC highlights are now online, and one of the many notable moments is the commentator saying "And Richard Brittain has just put Ross County into the 5th round!!!"

And after that cracking strike v County, as far as I'm concerned he can get the keys to Raigmore!
  16. BBC have Foran credited with that goal Not any more! First line of their match report is "Philip Roberts scored a stoppage time goal to earn Inverness a Scottish Cup draw with Highland rivals Ross County. "
  17. So whom is being officially credited with our equaliser? Foran struck it but I think it skimmed off Roberts.
  18. Tomorrow's BBC Sport headline : "Caley fans compare Tokely to Giggs"
  19. Not at all Alex, it was a straight copy and paste from the BBC. They have changed the title of the article since it first appeared. When I first saw the headline about our fans being a disgrace I actually thought Tokely would be saying how poor it is that our crowds aren't bigger given the fantastic football we are playing.
  20. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20543257 "Ross Tokely has hit out at the fans of former club Inverness Caley Thistle for the abuse he received on his return there as a Ross County player. Tokely spent his career at Caledonian Stadium until his summer switch. "I was really disappointed the last time - 16 years service and to get booed like that, I thought it was a disgrace," said the 33-year-old. "If people want to come out and boo me, that's up to them, but I'm a Ross County player, I've got a job to do and I will give it my all." Thoughts?

"Transfermarkt rate him at £225,000" Alex, that's a short step away from making judgements based on Football Manager!

Shouldn't be a surprise, I suppose. At least we have him contracted until the end of next season. I'm sure we'll want to keep him for the rest of this season but might need to cash in in the summer, if the interest is still there and the offers are good enough.

Jingle bells, Dingwall smells Rudolph ran away The donkeys in the County team Were eating all his hay!
