douglas walked out from each post and marked on his six yard line where the post was so he knew where his goals were when shots/crosses were etc. anyone know what happened at final whistle. someone was down the front saying something to griffiths and he didnt take it too kindly and douglas was having the hold him back whilst telling the guy to shut up and go away? good performance today i though, just need to take chances. penalty couldnt tell if in/out box but had he hit the ball out of play though? though sanchez/duff/rooney/cox all did well. hope we can keep duff for longer

what they maybe could have done is have each item in in the sizes available, people come in see what size they need and have order forms available and then have a cut off point that way supporters get the kit they want and also order a bit more as stock for the shop.

yeah they aint sponsored directly by adidas like liverpool/chelsea. it is like a subsponsor type thing. they will get the stuff dirt cheap from an adidas rep, similar to dundee utd and nike. they then just logo the stuff up bit dissappointed with the number of items that came in, thought they would have had loads of sizes available in everything, ovbiously didnt realise how popular the stuff would be

cox was actually good today. he was making runs forward and just not getting the ball all the time. so if the balls had been played through to him and he scored he would have been getting 5 :D but because he didnt get the pass he gets poor marks

i was talking to my brother last night and said that based on players we have just now out line up should be esson proc or tokely (undecided on which) munro A NEW CB(bully is a bombscare) zadi hayes mcbain duncan/cox imrie foran odi Now if duff had been played instead on bombscare bully he hopefully wouldnt have got injured and he would be slotted in there. i felt that this team would be a mtach for most teams in the league with obviously having the likes of rooney, barrowman, sanchez, stratford, duncan/cox on the bench to bring on if needed.

if he s not playing against raith or dunf thenhe has to consider moving for his career.

based on the last time we were in the final there was a bit that had prize moneyh breakdown and winners got something like ?25k if that so not massive amounts but maybe pay basic for week and a half. its if reaching the final the club can cash in on it in terms of tshirts/flags/scarves etc.

agree with all that. midfield too mightweight. mcbain and duncan in to provide the dig. duncan will at least get in and take control of the ball and look for it, something neither of the current two do and mcbain can provide left mid position if hayes is used on the right?

control and passing is something most teams would work on. butcher maybe needs to go back to basics as whatever he is trying isnt working especially seeing as we cant do the basics. if we do the simple things well then we will play well.
