p.s draw a line approx. from Fort William to Arbroath. To my thinking and (Google Maps) above that line is North of Scotland.

"....mostly bred from the North of Scotland..."!!!! I am struggling to see how most of the squad that returned us to the SPL are from the North of Scotland!? Grant Munro and Stuart Golabek are the only two I can think of. Tecnnically, Ryan Esson, Ross Tokely and Russell Duncan were born and bred in the Aberdeen area. But the rest of the squad were guys like, Jonny Hayes Nauris Bulvitis Dan Stratford Lee Cox Dani Sanchez Lionel Djebi-Zadi Adam Rooney Robert Eagle David Proctor Richie Foran Dougie Imrie Eric Odhiambo The 1st time we got promoted to the spl was when? The list shown above makes our current squad look like superstsrs!

Sounds good enough to me - also how many players from England or Afar, got us to the SPL in the 1st place? Yes, one or two maybe, but mostly bred from the North of Scotland ! Changed days now tough I know but I feel we should be able to find more Tokelys Munros etc

Raven & Vincent were injured for the 4-0 defeat v St,johnstone where they were replaced by Devine & Polworth. I reckoned TB before this game knew he was Hibs Bound. Raven & Vincent obviously haven't started since. Neither has Devine nor Polworth. Tremarco & Watkins have taken their chances & done well. Shinnie is playing more of a right winger than a full back these days. The last 3 gamese might as well have had Mckay at right back & Esson up front.. All the players are performing quite well I think & working hard for each other. We just need to get the tactics & positioning right!

5 th would still be good for Inverness, but I think 3rd or 4th still very achievable & hoped for.

I eluded to this on the Celtic thread including Draper in my comments. Changes now obviously needed now anyway. Our defence should be okay with Raven-Meekings- Shinnie-Tremarco for Motherwell. 4 or 5 places in midfield tho - these places up for grabs

I`d be quite happy for Yogi to start changing things around soon. Some players need resting or dropping. Doran, Ross, Draper come into this category & drop the Shinnie in at right back unless necessary.

Results went our way today - all we have to do is beat both sets of tinks over the next week- that`ll keep the new firm in their place , ie, hopefully 4th n 5th

Co-incidence is it ? that comeback started with Shinnie as roving midfielder and Raven re instated at right back! Remember Ravens first game out was ST.Johnstone debacle!

Well that's England already 1st or 2nd in their group according to Glen Hoddle & Sky sports. Eyeing up Colombia in next stages. Will they beat Costa Rica though?

I could imagine the process could be taking all this time, as the new candidate would also have to have his own assistant etc sorted out at the same time preferably, and not drag on any further. Any chance of finding out tomorrow?
