So where are the scottish players going, are they becoming extinct ? I havent gone into detail researching the answer so how many scots are left in the spl ? Are we the poorest paid in the spl?

As far as I can remember from recent reports Dundee Utd, St.mirren,Kilmarnock StJohnstone & ICT would say no to a newco, so that would be enough to keep them out of the spl ?

I think its big news because he`s an early signing & a bit of positive news but I reckon we`ll need a lot of these signings to keep us all happy. More Rabbits in the Warren maybe ?!

In November we were bottom of the league staring at relegation. The usual `injuries` story & the team not getting the chance to gel, etc. A few loan signings & return of a few injured players & we managed to piece together a run of results to get us up & safe. I dont think the manager had a chance last year to get things moving. Now he has got another chance to sign another `dirty dozen` or so. Maybe in November this year we`ll be nestling nicely in the top six. I`m looking forward more optimisticly than most to the re building of the team & to give the manager my support.

Am i right in saying Tokely never had or has not got an agent ? Maybe thats why its through his wife matters are being dealt with !!?

I am doubting this news ! Chances are Aberdeen have shot themselves in the foot here. There is as yet no real clarity- I probably wont believe it unless Jonny does tweet confirmation,or TB or caley statement which I feel should be made. I`d prefer to rid the spl of both Celtic & Rangers if it were ever at all possible. As it is the rest of the teams are in a league of their own anyway (the bottom 10) I Doubt Scottish football will ever flourish if it carrys on as it is - turn -a- bouty the tic or gers winning the league
