  2. Also out of interest, how's his name pronounced? Is it Sek - aye - ah or Sek - adj - ah ?? I thought it was: Sek-Ay-Ja Hmmm i think it depends on your enunciation of things because both would be acceptable

  4. Pretty sure it's the same type of deal that Adgestein had but he chose not to renew for the second half of the season IIRC I'm happy with this type of deal in all honesty because if it doesn't work out (which I can't see happening with this one) then we have the January transfer window to look for a replacement in the sense of a 5 month short loan deal. It's the best in both parties to make it a 6 month deal rather than just stick with a full season. So we're loaning a free agent then
  5. 85mins: Incredible - Cummins could have won it. Fizzing free-kick from Thomas is flicked by the big defender. An inch wide of target. 1-1 86mins: Caley have a free-kick twenty-yards out. 'Well defend and hit on counter 3vs2. Mackin takes wrong option, shot defelcted wide. 86mins: Resulting corner lands at Neill on the edge, little rush of blood as he thrashes it over. Again, just the wrong choice from 'Well 89mins: Wow, another 'Well chance. Overplay it slightly though and only win a corner. Ball breaks to McCall but scuffed shot is blocked. 90mins: YET ANOTHER home chance. Leitch charges forward, squares it inside for Higgins, Cuts back onto left foot but shot straight at GK. 92mins: Wow, almost in again. Short back pass, MacKay cannons it off Baptie for a Motherwell corner. Incredible stuff here. 92mins: Corner is swung in, lands at Neill who can't get it under control but tees up McCall. His curler is held by MacKay. Astonishing. FT: Motherwell U20s 1 - 1 Inverness CT U20s. What a game. Standing ovation from the small group of fans inside Fir Park FT: JJ will be kicking himself given the amount of chances his side created, but Caley worked ever so hard for their point.
  6. 68mins: It's wave after wave of attacks at the Caley goal. Maybe just a little lack of composure in the final third is letting 'Well down. 75mins: Rare ICT attack in the second half. Corner is half cleared but the shot is fired way wide. Still 1-1 (somehow) here at Fir Park.
  7. 48mins: Fantastic save by Currie denies Polworth after his shot deflects off Cummins. Keeper going the other way, still managers the block. 52mins: Can barely grab a breath here - the 2nd half is being played at the same high tempo as the 1st. Like two boxers slugging it out. 1-1 56mins: It's tweet-a-minute here. Caley chance again - Sekajja does well to get in behind but drags his low shot inches wide of the post. 60mins: 'Well come close - Higgins wrestles his way through the ICT backline. Ball across face for McLean. Shot smashes Howarth in the face. 62mins: Sub for Caley - Blair Maclennan is replaced by Christopher Brown.
  8. 18mins: Caley quickly break down the park and when the ball lands at Calum Ferguson on the edge, his shot is well held by Currie. 25mins: Wow, nearly an OG from Caley. Young McLean does well on the right, his drilled low cross is almost bundled in MacLennan. Just wide. 29mins: Fantastic end-to-end stuff from both sides. Lovely passing football on display from both teams. Still 1-1 at the moment. 35mins: Oh my word - 'Well saved by the bar after Liam Polworth's piledriver cannons off the frame and somehow bounces out. What a hit! 38mins: Half chance for Caley. Corner from the right lands at Sekajja but his stinging drive is quickly blocked by charging defenders. HT: Motherwell U20s 1 - 1 Inverness CT U20s. Really enjoyable first-half here at a bitter cold Fir Park. Key tweets taken from @MotherwellFC.
  9. Driving run from Cadden is followed by a lovely slide ball on the full-backs wrong side. Higgins keeps composure to finish off post. 1-1
  10. 7mins: Good save from Currie stops Sekajja doubling his tally. Striker playing on shoulder of last defender. Shot from 20 yds is turned over
  11. 2mins: A corner from the left sails into the box and Ibra Sekajja raises unopposed to head home from close range. Poor defending from 'Well.
  12. Away to Well tonight: Mackay, Maclennan, Howarth, Baptie, Brown, Horner, Polworth, Wilson, Ferguson, Sekajja, Sutherland Subs: Esson, Brown, Hull, Blackett, Rennie. Not sure on which brown is starting and which is on the bench
  13. Haha I'm not assuming he will be amazing in real life. I find it more ironic than anything else that were are looking at him. Calm yersel He's a football manager god from a season or 2 back but apparently not that good, crewe had him on loan but rejected him.......
  14. Irvine i someone at the back wins near enough everything but on his feet is awful so we should put him under a lot of pressure
