We would not be in 3rd place now, if it were not for Watkins. He got the goals when Billy dried up earlier in the season., he filled in for Billy when he left - in an unfamiliar position and kept things going when we had no striker available. Yes, he's dropped off the pace recently - as everyone else has, it's been a long season - but he's a specialist winger who has been playing as a lone striker! We will miss him if he goes, and it's no surprise to me that clubs are coming in for him. But only one goal since Billy has left us, so he got 6 in the league while Billy was playing which could be down to the fact Billy dragged the defenders out of position which let him score. If we want to keep him and he wants lots of money why don't we just offer him incentives i.e. goal bonuses etc Very probably because we can't afford to. We have to run a very tight ship indeed. If we reach final and finish third we could. We reached a final and finished fourth last season and still turned only a very modest profit. Completely different in terms of prize money between the league cup and the scottish cup

Well they popped his knee back in on the pitch, so i would assume now they would wait for any swelling to go down before they actually start x-raying it and making decisions on it. One thing for sure is if it was the same knee he did before he won't be back for the rest of the season and probably the first part of next season.

If we can keep them restricted to scoring less than 4 goals i would say it's a job well done.

Through-out the season you will Deila has been praising the way we play and hughes for our success. He also said a wee while back we were one of the only teams he actually fears, so since you can't vote for yourself i fully expected him to have voted for JH

Half our team is new U20's, so next season our team will be a lot better
