  1. It was just an observation. To win 2 games at home is a great step forward, Rooney would normally play football going forward. Yesterday he appeared to have the brakes on. An observation not a criticism
  2. Rooney looked really out of sorts yesterday he shrugged his shoulders more often than polworth but polworth does it when he makes a mistake, at goalkicks he walked up the pitch with his back to the keeper totally disinterested, can only think he was a bit out of sorts or under instructions not venture to far forward
  3. Any word about the state of pitch will the game be on?
  4. I have been critical of the performances most of the season today what a difference we have been waiting for this the team done well. I hope this is the start believe we are on our way. Well done
  5. We are just not good enough. We seem to lack fitness and ideas. We have no actual leader on the pitch. When we do occasionally play good football it only lasts for a brief period. We seem unable to apply sustained pressure and break teams down. What really gets to me is apart from a period good football which normally lasts about 10 mins at the start of the game we turn into headless chickens run out ideas. We are just not good enough no leaders on and off the park.
  6. They just seem not to have any football in them giving the ball away most of the time no idea trying the impossible I have never seen a football team lacking so much football what do they do in training if rumours are to believed very little
  7. Don,t know what was said or by whom but it would appear performance off the field matches performance on the the field pish
  8. Pass and move is the game we never achieved either had we not had a goalkeeper who was at his best we would have lost by a bag full. What is going on have we to many players who think they are footballers reality points to yes. Dundee United played a team game pass and move the ball quickly they had more energy and football in them.8
  9. Rubbish Dundee played much better football. Simple pass and move. We fell down on the first bit
  10. Absolute shambles could say more but just a waste of time. I am at a state were I would sell my season ticket but I don't think anyone would want it
  11. At last a performance to be proud of. Its another draw but played with great spirit and determination thats all we can ask for. It time to kick on.
  12. Having just gone through cancer I have come out the other side. It is amazing the medical steps forward in the treatment of this unpleasant illness. Head up and believe. I found the word more frightening than the illness.
  13. Cr___p no idea played off the park by a poor team. It's going to be a long season heaven help us on Saturday
  14. I suppose you are right we did win we are top I would just like to leave the ground not feeling washed out thinking few that was close. Have just listern to JRs Account of the game he was a little disappointed to lose the goals we did and felt we took our foot off the throttle. A better interpretation than mine but much the same thought.
  15. Just when you think this is great stuff they go and make a mess of it. If they had tried a little harder we could of lost that game.
  16. I feel the board must have been just as disappointed as we have been over the start to the season. A team with no shape no idea how to play. I would hope after last Saturday we have found our way and the board their voice . They have allowed Robertson to find his way with what is a new team. They should be able to speak now with confidence and communicate with the fans with confidence and encouragement

    Penalties

Donaldson took the ball and it looked like he had appointed himself as the taker. Not a bold act would rather a forward to take penalties but I suppose it is a reflection on how poor we are attacking wise. That's the second game we have been unable to take 10 men apart. We are either not fit enough to stretch team's or just don't have the technical ability. I fear a long season ahead. I have always liked Tremarcho but I feel he is not the man to be captain. Some in the middle of the park would be better.
  18. It is all very well giving youth it's chance but as a supporter I object to having to pay so much for entrance to watch a youth team. One begins to wonder should I have really bought a season ticket again ?
  19. From an outsiders point of view it seems a shame that so much bickering is going on. Can we not come together have a meeting sort out the ground rules and try and move on. At least the football is better to watch which to me is the main concern. I know this might be a simplistic point of view but it would seem more complicated to work out than brexit or who poisoned who its football, jackets for goals and off we go. Another 3 points to night is my concern
  20. Just like to add ref was of the standard we have got use too, absolute phish. Must be the clean fresh air up here they are not used to it

Hi, sorry bit slow replying.  We are in Ulceby about 10miles from Grimsby, sort of landed here by accident. Been to see Grimsby, but I seem to be a jinks, as I have still to see them win a game!! We don't get to many ICT home games due to distance obviously but try to get up at least once a season when possible. away games are usually easier especially QoS. Thanks for the offer of digs for a game, we are hoping to get up next season as it has been a while. I will give you a shout for a beer.

  22. Lack of leadership both on and off the field, Dorran cannot be fit or has lost the desire. The team looked and played like a primary school team, no leadership no idea no hope.
