ICT position at the split (33 games)?
A win on Wednesday would all but prevent Dundee Utd from getting ahead of us before the split. Over the last few weeks while our results have not been great but yet none of the other clubs bar County have gone on any kind of run to stake that claim for 2nd, results have been very kind to us, so 2nd place is ours to lose. If we continue to play well and get results like at Tynecastle on Saturday I predict our home match vs County will be the one where we clinch a top 6 place.

Thank god that Chris Hogg is back!
Look forward to seeing him back sometime soon. Was starting to look a good player until his injury.

TB and Attendances - Summer Football?
Strange thing is that many are season ticket holders to sit right there. I normally sit in the Main Stand due to getting a better view of the whole pitch and quite a few times I've had someone behind me getting on their case within the first 10 minutes for absolutely no reason and I get irritated which in turn spoils my match experience so I end up moving to another seat. One of the best things though by going to away games is that those supporters are left behind back up the road. I always prefer the away games more not so much for that but our support is so much more vocal and nearly always gets behind the team.

Roll call for Dundee Utd & Team
We should be playing our strongest side available. What's the point in resting players when going for 3 points v United is the same as 3 points v County. I hope there isn't a fear factor coming into this where losing to Utd won't matter as much as losing to County since many of us have to face County fans the following day at work?.

Off the rails
Probably the way we are set up with the combination of players which suit Motherwell's style of play, these things happen just as we have the Indian sign over other clubs like County with our style of play. The result yesterday from Dingwall though is a headf**k result. Good to see us back on track and our title challenge still on.

New ICT record
We have now scored more goals this season than in any other SPL campaign. If the likes of Billy McKay continue to score goals we could end up with more goals scored by a team outside the OF since the SPL began, I'm going to keep an eye on this stat. At the moment also we have surpassed all teams goals for column from last season except for the OF and Dundee Utd, 10 more and we will be past Dundee Utd's tally. Fantastic scoring record this season and Billy McKay likely to finish top scorer.

Ooooh ooooh Gary warren
I'll still be watching us trying to defend through my fingers on Wednesday night, thanks for the advice though.

Roll call for Dundee Utd & Team
I'll be there and hopefully witness a goalfest thriller win for us on my birthday.

Realistic more like and feet firmly on the ground. Very pleased so far with how our season has gone, but I've only picked out one of our weaknesses which is part of the whole picture, it doesn't mean I have a glass half empty view on how the team has performed this season.

Lack of protection from any defending players regardless of their main role within the team. The fact remains we are poor at the back, only the two Dundee teams are worse right now. We might be getting away with it this season but it is an issue that will have to be addressed during the summer otherwise this season will be a flash in the pan.

Nice little Garry Warren party on here, yes he shows signs of being one of our better defensive signings from Terry and I have been impressed with him, but in my opinion he is also a part of one of the most generous defenses we have ever had in the SPL. For as long as we are are scoring goals at the other end our defensive frailties will mainly be ignored.

Back to Castle Greyskull then? 3rd and then 2nd Division football for him and recall to the Scotland team under his former manager?. Seems legit.

Tade vs Boyd??.

Yeah, a striker who scored lots of goals. He's mince. Most teams in the SPL would snap him up if they could. But yes I agree with oats, he is not a team player.

Whats he going to do with them? Their promotion bid has started to derail over the last few weeks, maybe they see Barry as a player who can get them back on track and help take them back up to the Championship. Certainly a good challenge.

Danny Wilson Ineligible?
The Guardian would wrong if they had Wilson named. Came across the Sky Sports match live on this game Wilson is not mentioned as a sub. http://www1.skysports.com/football/live/match/221140/teams TBF if Inverness CT are quite happy there was no infringment then maybe its time to drop it and move on.

Suppose it depends on whether Roy is prepared to personally fund any deal? With the league being so tight, whats to say having a proven scorer like Boyd if he was on form couldnt get a team into the Euro qualification places come end of season. I would think central belt clubs would suit him best, but he has a rep for being a mercenary for money so who knows......... I was reading earlier on as I was looking for tweets or info about him that one of the Portland players Sam Werner had mentioned he was happy the club got rid of Boyd.

Not going to happen. Wouldn't suit our style of play and we can't afford his wages anyway. He said the Highlands, not Inverness.....! This is what I meant as well and there is only one other full time club up here and I would doubt they could afford him either. It didn't needed to be said.

IF we make Europe
If we do I hope that all the players that earned it will still be here next season.

Seems to have a lot of substance to it as well. I reckon it will be part time football from now on for Rossco unless he leaves the Highlands.

Not going to happen. Wouldn't suit our style of play and we can't afford his wages anyway. Its more likely he will be looking at playing for a Championship or top half League 1 side.
