  1. Woke up to the fantastic news this morning about Terry deciding to stay. Now we can move on and look forward to the rest of what could be the best season in the history of the club.
  2. Great news, nice wee lift going into the St. Mirren game.
  3. Wouldn't say our name in the post match interview.
  4. Great result today, performance so so. We are unbelievable as an attacking force but still dodgy at the back and especially near the end a bit slack in our play. But this is tremendous, would have never believed we would be 2nd at Christmas, an amazing achievement. :ictscarf:
  5. Derek Adams so bitter http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20567361
  6. BBC have Foran credited with that goal
  7. Great win tonight for Caley Thistle and puts us 2nd in the SPL. 9 goals now for Billy McKay ICT for Europe, can it really happen ?
  8. Disappointed losing that late goal, but very pleased with the overall performance. We certainly have made a lot of progress within the last month and can hold our own against a top 6 side. I think we are heading for our best season ever in the SPL, scoring goals, midfield looks imposing, our defence looks solid and Terry and Mo have two very good keepers to chose from. Two halves to the match yesterday, match came alive after the penalty, dreadful miss by Andy Shinnie. Billy McKay is starting to bang the goals in now he has been given a chance. Warren, Draper and Graeme Shinnie were brilliant yesterday. Unfortunate our one defensive error in the whole match cost us the win. Killie away next Saturday, this time last year we won 6-3 doubt we will see anything like that but hopefully they will tripping on that win yesterday and forget to turn up. But first we have a little matter of a wee 3rd Division team on Wednesday.
  9. Wouldn't miss this one, looking forward to it.

We had 14 points from 9 games in our first season back and we started slow that season as well despite hitting Dundee Utd for 4 likewise. Let hope if we parallel that season we this time have the staying power to remain in the top 6 this time as our form will drift at some point and teams below us gain form. I certainly looks like when we are flying and the confidence is up we are sticking the ball in the net, but at some point we will have to grind out results. I think though we have a better standard of player throughout the whole squad than back then.

I don't get it, County let Warren go after the season they struggled at the wrong end of the table and now are clear top and with the second equal best defensive record currently in the Conference. Have you found someone even better for his position?.
  12. Well done to the team for the win and keeping that run going, plus being top scorers in the SPL is just the cherry on the iced cupcake. Gutted I missed this game as I had something else on Friday night but caught the match on Alba later on. Agree about McKay he is really improving and grafts very hard and like Foran and Andy Shinnie looks like he could bag a few goals this season. This keeper of ours Reguero looks a find and its nice to have two reliable keepers on the books, I never took to Tuffey. Some of those players when they come back from injury are going to have a job winning a place in the starting 11. Warren, Draper and Raven were more than effective on Friday night and its good to see Shane Sutherland back and making an impact as he should be doing. Bring on the Fermers, they should be more of a test than the three bottom feeders we sliced through. No chance getting carried away with this run yet as we still have to beat teams that have form, until then no blue and red chickens shall be counted, but a few bourbons will certainly be sunk if we keep this run going. Cheers
  13. There defending was shambolic but what was even more ridiculous is that Dundee's tannoy announced McGregor as man of the match Much the norm for the home side for the benefit of the sponsors, hate that when we are well beaten and were utter garbage to a man and still one of ours gets man of the match. It adds insult to injury in my book.

Gary Warren has been a tremendous find this season and is a calming influence on those around him, he's the kind of player that won't let you down and brings out the confidence in the younger players. I think his partnership at the back with Josh Meekings is looking one of the most solid in years, not perfect but certainly a huge improvement on last season and the second half of season 2010/11.
  15. Wanting to get down for this, taking the supporters bus for the first time if there's one. Dundee haven't beaten us in the 3 matches since that CC Final, but we have yet to win at Dens.
  16. I remember this happening to Clyde. This was back in the days when the next home programme had on its front cover a photo from the previous home game, so if you collect programmes you are likely to have some of the pictures.
  17. Highly entertaining match and a supurb turnout from both sets of supporters. Good to see that we seem to be becoming more solid at the back and it makes a huge difference to the confidence within the team specially as we have no problem scoring goals, onward and upward.
