Total Management Failure
ok put it this way... We start winning, playing reasonable well. I would still feel nervous that we might slip back to where we are now, because i dont have faith in the managerial capabilities of the guy. I think il always feel insecure with brew at the healm, i truely believe if we are to move forward we need fresh blood in charge.

Team for Hamilton
-------------------------------------Esson---------------------------------------- -----Bambi----------Mihadjuks------------------Munro----------Hastings---------- -----Cowie--------------------------Duncan-----------------------Mcbain------------ ----------------------Morais---------------------Vigurs---------------------------- -------------------------------------Rooney-------------------------------------- Duncan Mcbain munro and esson offering experience, with our three most flairful players up front. Surely the best option? Leave black out we need to learn to play without him, and imrie hasnt had a good game in a while.

Suggest a replacement
David Bingham - surely one of the most Intelligent players ever to have graced our team.

Brewster
has recent performances changed my opinion? 2 wins out of the last 19 (exculding gretna, it wouldnt be fair to include them) thats under 10%. sorry, get him out now.

Depressing
Two words...Ross C*unty. They were high flying at the top of div. 2 and they sacked **** Campbell on the basis that they were not playing entertaining enough football. They brought in Derek Adams and started playing the football (and regained the team spirit) that the fans and everyone associated with the club wanted. The same approach has to be employed here at ICT. Brew has done his job (the same as Campbell did at R.C.) but it doesnt fit the brief and changes are due. The board over the bridge took the bold step, its now our turn. Whats the worst that can happen...another season in 11th or worse position??! it has to be worth the gamble as we are going nowhere fast right now lads.

Who's happy?
Right iv had a 'sherry' or two as some folk have said in this thread already :023: but kingkojak im sorry, europe is out of our reach ATM, we are a small club competing in the best league in the country and survival should be our main priority. I made the routine journey to our second most recent away day to motherwell - cost around ?30 in all (im a stundent btw) - we played poorly and i was sat with only two mates amongst around 100 inverness fans, we fought and lost that day. Its typical of most of our away days these days. But il say one thing..iv been to so many away days...prob about the last ten we havnt had a good result.....But for every ten there is a day where we travel to hearts and win in the last dieing breath 3-2...to be an inverness fan at that point in time it doesnt matter if we finish eleventh or sixth but one thing is for sure...you can ask me then if its all worth it. Il see you at parkhead on wednesday. :004: p.s. i would reccommend reading the last paragraph whilst full of beer and listening to 'caledonia' at three in the morning...trust me its enough to stirr the soul lol! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YfyQiWYfy1o

Motherwell -V- ICT : matchday thread
I was at the game too and heres my point of view... 1) first problem is where is bamby these days?on our good run of five games he featured heavily, and ross tonight was hopless. I can remember an instance tonight where the ball was in the left back position out for a throw. Ross was over near the thrower and there was a man completely unmarked in the right back position - no surprise the ball was switched and they created a good chance. The guy was too slow and was shown up tonight. Sorry but time for change there. 2) Emrie? Not sure why he warranted a start ahead of black for this one, st mirren trampled a win against well recently and it was only by copying thier teancious 'in your face' attitude thay succeded so well. Black is the man for that job. 3) Going forward the long ball wasnt working. THIS HAS TO CHANGE! i felt so depressed watching this long ball game and i feel we are capible of playing good football on the deck so why didnt we?its not like our midfield is THAT slow. Bayne is good at holding the ball up but when there is no-one there to feed off him its going to be difficult. I wish denzil weighed twenty stone. On a positive note it was only ?14 for a student to get in tonight unlike ?20 at st mirren :32: :33: And i was generally happpy with mikies performance tonight, the goal he might have saved was shot from close range.

BREWSTER IS CONFIRMED NEW BOSS
I know why the board are going to appoint brew, The board are having talks with brew to build his confidence, make him spend money and time away from aberdeen during the week in the hope of getting a job with us...then...at the last second...they appoint Warnock and give brew the two fingers :sillywave:

New Manager
"We might find out certain candidates are not available and our list could be down to one." Do you think that means Warnock and Coyle have been approached and if they are not available then the only certainty to come to us is brew? :024:
-
New Manager
fantastic post sir :clapping03:

New Manager
I honestly cant believe we arnt considering Warnock seriously. I wont be attending any games with brew in charge until he proves he is the quality man ICT need in charge - this is NOT a boycott, but i dont believe the club will have made the correct appointment and until they prove me wrong im happy with setanta. :019:
