  1. Not many fans are disputing that the board have messed up financially chasing a return to the Premiership. But to say that was the "right decision" yesterday is a load of crap. The club had the application accepted under legal circumstances then the Highland Council took it away from the club cause they didn't like the outcome. No legit reason to refuse the applications. The club has been shafted & if you're siding with the council & still calling yourself a "fan" then you need to give your head a shake. Wether you love, like, or hate the board this absolutely stinks. A lot of fans backing the club on this have been very vocal about the board & how they are running the club but majority of us can see that this was actually a great idea for once to generate income. We live in the Highlands there's loads of green space! It's filled with dog crap & long grass it's hardly worth protecting. The battery farm would've been so much more useful & beneficial then a few acres of long grass. Majority of the green space would've remained anyway you can still walk your dog etc. Plenty of places people could've went to get their nature fix if the battery farm put them off that much
  2. Sorry man but I have to strongly disagree it's a carbon copy of the Rangers orange kit anyone who says otherwise needs to go to specsavers. We haven't released a Orange kit in over 20 years n the last one had no blue in it. Looked more like Dundee Utd & that was the only one we ever did. Why after 20 years have we decided to release a Orange & blue kit??? It's baffling Everyone I have shown the away kit to has said it looks like Rangers not ICT that's very important Never had that with any of our kits. The clubs identity is important to me so that's why it annoys me. Our away kit last season was so popular they've re released this season as a third kit. This kit on the other hand will be on a half price deal soon in a desperate bid to get rid of them all cause no one is buying them
  3. Aye & it looked nothing like Rangers see if we did something similar this season it would've been absolutely fine it's the blue tints that ruin it. Walk through any Scottish Town or City with our away kit on say under a hoodie or a jacket don't show the Caley badge & watch how many people assume that you're wearing a Rangers top...
  4. ⁸ Not one of those kits look like Rangers orange kits though that's the issue..... see if we just did an orange kit with no blue, it would've been fine. Black or white would've been a perfect 2nd colour. We had no issue not having blue colours on our away stripes before last season being a prime example with Black & Red. So why did we decide to do orange & blue??? Sorry but it doesn't take a genius to work it out when you know Scott Gardiner is a bluenose. Probably trying to build some affiliation so the glory hunting Rangers fans turn up for the odd game....
  5. I honestly don't have a clue why. They were far less negative about the club then a lot of fans to the point they were accused of "kissing a**" so to hear that they've been banned from speaking to players n staff is quite surprising.... even some members of the pod don't know why. So I'd imagine only Moffat n Stevie know the reason.... Thought it was a bit odd this season that they hadn't had any players or staff on for interviews cause they normally have at least one player or staff member on for a interview. They even had our performance analyst on one episode. On the Christmas podcast they mentioned after the interview with Billy Dodds that it would be pretty much impossible to speak to Big Dunc so that raised a few eyebrows. They even spoke to Deas cause he's obviously a former player. Now it's come out that they are actually banned from speaking to anyone from the club! Which is just madness and the decision was purely down to Gardiner. Just an appalling way to treat your fans especially the guys at the podcast who devote a lot of time, money & effort into the club.
  6. Just found out he's banned the Wyness Shuffle Podcast from speaking to any players or members of staff that's why they haven't spoken to anyone from the club this season. Absolutely no clue as to why. Baffling decision! Can this guy be anymore of a d***head!?
  7. Aye if it wasn't for that horrendous start to the campaign we'd be right in that top 4 or thereabouts
  8. Bet harsh on Welsh he has spent a long time injured this season. Delaney has no excuse apart from match sharpness so totally agree with you on that
  9. I think it's clear after today our sqaud depth is poor if we have too many first team injuries this season we will struggle..
  10. Brooks was OK still very young and needs to develop before we see the player he can be. Sheridan on the other hand was poor had a clear cut chance and he pulled the trigger way too late. In all fairness the service from midfield wasn't the best
  11. End of the day he took a wage that none of us would've turned down. Can't hate him for that. If the BBC was offering him more wages to be at Dingwall every 2nd Saturday then in all seriousness I can't blame him for that either! You look after number one. It's just a shame that it came out of the clubs pocket but that's our Chairmans and CEOs fault not Robbos. I honestly wish him all best and hopefully we can put his wages to better use. He's still a club legend to me and I still appreciate all the work he's done for the club and the community as a whole.
  12. Great win today against the in form team of the league. We were actually ruthless for a change and took the chances given to us can't help but feel a few weeks ago we would've lost or drawn that. Actually playing from the back and we looked threatening again going forward. Seems Ferguson has made an impact already. I'm praying that it continues. Only issue i have which has been our main issue this season we still can't hold onto a lead..... lucky that we scored 3 or that would've been likely more points dropped. Big Duncs park the bus tactics let us down a bit in the 2nd half along with our subs. Nevermind we got our first league win of the season! And we should savour it next few weeks is massive for us. Partick Thistle at home then Morton away if we get at least 3 points I'll be happy 4-6 points would be just the ticket

  14. Best we played all season to be fair but as per usual we can't score and we keep letting in cheap goals at crucial moments in the game cause we have a leaky defence. Just a recipe for disaster..... we could've literally been 2-0 up by HT but our quality in the final third is so poor... for a coach who used be a striker his players aren't the best at finishing.
  15. Can't say I agree with that statement we needed to win this game. This cup was a good chance to lift morale and get confidence in players just like we did back in 2018. Its still a Semi Major cup not a total diddy like the "Inverness Cup" some seasons aye we can treat it with less priority but this season I just felt we really needed to go for it Let's face brutal reality We're not reaching another Scottish Cup or a League Cup final anytime soon. So I say just go for the Challenge Cup give the fans a day out to look forward to in March. Give the fans and players a distraction from the league. A win yesterday with a strong sqaud would've given them that winning feeling that they will be craving right now.
  16. Our only chance of silverware and success this season gone. Also a great chance to lift some heads. People forget what the cup win in 2018 did for the teams morale and confidence after an horrendous start the season. This team badly needs something to hold onto and we've chucked it away. No way will we reach the later stages the Scottish Cup unless the draw is kind to us. Reaching the final would've also given fans something to cheer about a day out to look forward to instead it's complete focus on what will be a long league campaign . Regardless of how serious this competition gets treated by the fans, board and management we can all agree that getting knocked out of the Challenge Cup in September is not good ....
  17. Enough with the conspiracy theories ffs. We are where we are now because we had to pay off 2 managers one of which was on a 4 year contract. We've spent 6 years in the Championship and it's finally starting to catch up to us it's as simple as that. Not to forget that along with many other clubs in Scotland Covid-19 was a massive financial setback. Setbacks that are still affecting us to this day. A few parties are to blame for where we are now the board, the management the players, even the people of Inverness who just don't care about ICT they'd rather support Celtic, Rangers or Aberdeen. It sucks but it is what it is.... you're either gonna be supporting the club through thick & thin or you're gonna walk away after a while. I'll support ICT till I die even if we're in the Highland League.
  18. That's literally been how our last few games have went the opposition dominate in some periods during which we concede a poor goal then we dominate rest of game missing chance after chance.....
  19. Probably pissed off that's he's not starting games and players like Lois Longstaff are getting the nod ahead of him so he's been reduced to playing in glorified friendlies to keep him fit.
  20. They have to sit in the West Stand because they're not welcome in the North Stand without having to sit like mice too many fans in the North and Main Stand complain about the noise, language behaviour etc. I don't think they want to be sitting in the most exposed section of the stadium but they literally have no choice. Club has been promising them this roof for a while now.
  21. Gotta give the young team some cover. West Stand would look so much better with a roof as well. Yes it's hardly our number one priority and some might argue that it is stupid but they have been promising that certain section of our support a roof for months now. Not a good look that in January 2023 the club are nowhere near to fulfilling that promise.
  22. According to Scott Gardiner on the Wyness Shuffle it's a rare Injury due to the result of the ball hiting him too hard unexpectedly. This was back in November he said this and I really hope that's the case and he's not trying to cover up any turmoil in the dressing room....
  23. Oakley just hasn't been the same player since his leg break it's been clear to see, plus Dodds just used him for backup and didn't utilise him properly he will no doubt be remembered for his first stint in the Highlands where he was much better and also used a lot better. When we beat Cove 6-1 earlier this month Dodds threw on three of the youngsters (Nicolson' Cairns and Thomson) but didn't sub Oakley on i had a feeling his time was nearing an end after that. He came on for the last 10 minutes against Queens but again was rather underwhelming. I think it's safe to say Billy Mckay is our main man up front with Samuels not far behind, Daniel Mackay can also play as a striker and once Sutherland is back which could be anytime between now and March it would've been harder for Oakley to get game time so it makes sense has to why he requested a transfer and why Dodds and the club were more then happy to let him go.
