can we win the league
Played 6 Won 1 can hardly be construed as finding home form. When we beat Livi, Raith and Dundee then I'll concede that we've found home form but like others have said I believe we will stay up.

TRAVEL TO COUNTY
You must phone the Social Club on 01463 238568 to book a seat. I think the clue to the answers to all the questions may be found in the words in red.

How many buses are there gonna be going from Greig Street? Do you have to book a place on it or just pay there? You must phone the Social Club on 01463 238568 to book a seat. I would imagine the number of buses will depend on the demand.

Did you know that Darren Dods is reputed to have given away more own goals than any other player in Scotland You read my comment on another thread No, actually the commentator mentioned it during the round up of the Aberdeen - DU game last week.

Confidence alone does not make goals. you need a team effort and a team around you that are doing the business.

Team fer Tinkerville
We are only allowed five on the bench. Ones a goalie. We start with four strikers and have another on the bench. In case it all goes to ratshit we need to be in a position to revert to a four or five man midfield so we have Hayes and Cox, both of whom have played well recently. We need cover for defence whilst keeping our options open so who better than Stratford. He can play defence or mid. Makes sense to me. Besides, the players mentioned have played more in a losing team than they have in a winning one. At the moment there seems to be a winning balance. The man has to choose 16 out of 26. 10 will not be chosen each week and its very likely that every one of them could put up an arguement to be in the team.

First off DD I think you may be reading too much into what TB say's. Being a defender its likely he took a bit of persuading to come up with such an attacking line-up. He found an attacking team last week that scored a barrowload of goals. No manager would have changed that. It worked this week again so i wouldn't change it next week. Hasting's didn't want to play in div 1 and no amount of persuading would have kept him. He wants to continue playing international and may have been left out if he wasn't in a higher league. Do you honestly think Golly would have been brought in if Hastings had stayed. To all the Duncan critics please answer this: if Russell made ten good passes and one bad one which would you notice? Seems to me, from reports on the matchday thread that Russell had a good game today and last week yet the same posters are slating him as have always done.

Defensive cover is needed but we'd need to get rid of players to take any in. Personally I'd rather see the existing squad gel together and do the business. Duff may be back come Jan. lionel is there if we're desperate and I think Stratford can cover in defence. We also have some U-19's if needed. Bringing others in might just upset the cart.

Clach in administration
look at the results we have been getting this season and crowds still get bigger Is that because the home crowd is getting bigger or is it because, over the last few games you've been playing teams who bring a few more supporters than is the norm. Or is it the novelty, for away fans, of a new place to explore. When ICT came back to TCS after the spell at Aberdeen most away teams brought quite a few fans. As time went on those numbers atarted to dwindle. You mention the surrounding area's to Grantown. Those you list aren't exactly the most populated areas in Speyside, apart from Aviemore, and the area doesn't exactly have the greatest of public transport networks so I cant see that many being inspired to make the effort.

Clach in administration
VERY TRUE BUT THERE IS EXCEPTIONS not many but the one i highlighted above is a good example Strathyjag the norm seems to be that between 5 and 10% of a population will attend their local football ground. With a population of 2240 I cant se the folks of Grantown swelling the ground by much more than it is at present. As for Clach, I agree that it would be sad to lose them but I also think the highland league are part to blame. Because there are more clubs, and because there are more long distance travels, its costing the clubs more to compete. these costs, as well as the costs or running a stadium put a great deal of pressure on the purse strings. It would have been much better, a few years ago, if Grant St had been sold off, a stand built on the Bucht and a lower rental payment to the council. Much in the way Fort William's arrangements are.

Its possible but there couldn't be an interchange of players between the two teams. I believe, a number of years ago, it was looked into but the costs of running two teams was greater than the likely benifits.

Cup final Travel
For info lads and lasses the 09.38 is the London Kings X train. Its normally a long train. (12 coaches or something). The next one will likely be a three coach 125 though they may have had prior notice that it could be a busy one and added another three coaches. Its very difficult for the club to influence the length of train without knowing the numbers for the train. Best bet is to book tickets in advance then First Scotrail will know the numbers in advance.
