  1. That was actually pretty good from reedee. It would be funny. Would work out well if both teams didn't come out together
  2. Everyone knows Aberdeen Angus is a big coo. Yes. The door is opened and barriers erected to direct the queue and stop you from escaping the stadium.

i a did mate but it was cuz jamie and all the lads were there falkirk was good but it was only a group of us and the rest just watch Are there any rules regarding abuse of the English language on the forum? yeh, defo min, i fink it iz abooot txt speek u geat meh? Booyakasha :thumb04: No text speak please. This is a subject that's been debated many times and the easy answer to why away is better is that at away games everyone can choose to sit together so a rapport is inevitable. At home those same people are spread around two stands.
  4. Officially it was 5240 and I'm sure Dunfermline made up about 1500 of those. Oh and its a bank holiday weekend so people may be away doing other things.
  5. Unfortunately, in the current economic climate the club are likely to go for the option that delivers greatest income rather than quality. Do our pies not come from Huntly or some such place and is it not the case that the pie shops are rented to an outside caterer.
  6. Burger van outside main stand.
  7. Getting back on topic...........................like them or loathe them the OF are what brings money to Scottish football. Between them they have more support than all the rest of the SPL put together. It is because of them, their support and the publicity they can generate that companies like Clydesdale Bank and Setanta have put so much cash into the league over the last few years. They go and the money goes too. Competition wise it would be great if the OF left for southern climes. Cash wise it would be detrimental to the rest. Just look at the difficulties the SFL have in finding funding.
  8. Buffy's lost her pinkness.
  9. I think we can get 3 wins and a draw. I think Falkirk may do exactly the same. I see Hamilton going down.
  10. Each placing in the league has a monetary value from the SPL. And needing around quarter mill to relay thier pitch every place will count for them.
  11. In actual fact, had they won that game they'd still have been relegated. Dunfermline were 1-0 up with 15 mins to go. Charlie changed formation to 3-4-3. Hastings equalised from a free kick that DeVries fumbled then Rory scored a deflected shot from 25 yards out with two minutes to go. Crowd that day 5,240 Highlight of the day......Barry Wilsons new blond head.
  12. What would be even better is for us to be safe and Falkirk / Hamilton level at the bottom. Much like 05 when it was Dundee / Arabs fighting relegation.
  13. and Tommy may use his fork on you
  14. No even cashed the cheque yet Tam......................saving it for the ball. Took Charlie a long time to find my numbers though..............even then he found them in the wrong draw. :thumb04:
  15. You cannot be serious. Presumably you weren't up here on Saturday? No...........couldn't make it on Saturday
  16. I aint nervuous cos I BELIEVE
  17. Yesterday I paid ?19 at McDermidden to watch evan worse than I've witnessed from ICT. Bodes well for next season.
  18. sebo? :thumb04: Every barrel can have one bad apple
  19. Just to be a little different Esson Tokely, Pavels, Munro, Byrne, LDZ Proctor, Black, Kerr Morais Foran
  20. Whats Charles going to be doing?
  21. I believe two wins will see us safe. Every team, apart from Well, is going to be very nervy and all will lose points to the others.
  22. I beg to differ on that. Tokely is a very good attacking right back. Some will say he gets caught out of position. To me the problem is those who should be covering when he makes runs. In the days of Dods at his side and Wilson in front the cover was always there. The link up with Wilson was excellent and Ross could cross a damn good ball into the box. The problem now is not Ross Tokely. The problem is a total lack of teamwork. Everyone can shine against the OF but not against the other nine. Why?? Thats straying off topic though. What Butcher said is, and I quote from official site, "They (the players) need to show a bit more calmness and patience at times as we are going to have a lot of pressure over the next five games". My interpretation of that is that they need to be a lot less panicky on the ball. Dont hoof it but play it, keep it, pass with care and patiently build an attack.
  23. Can someone define what is an SPL standard player. What is the benchmark? What i see week in week out is that the majority of out players are of the same standard as all the other teams players outside the OF and Hearts.
  24. Munro.........you answer your own question there. Foran.........did not score on saturday. Kerr did though
