  1. Proc is playing in the right position and is relishing the chance to shine. I think saturday was one of those days where the whole team were crap and I wouldn't single out individuals for that.

4-5-1 at home is what failed us in the past.
  3. No disgrace to be beaten by Motherwell
  4. I've only the BBC text to go by but it sounds like a pretty even game so far.
  5. 1. Cant remember the pub name but its Govan Jaggies local around Govan Cross. ten mins walk from ground. 2. Parking is on street I think. Not the best idea in that area unless your prepared to pay a yob to watch your vehicle. I would suggest parking in the city centre and taking the tube to Govan. 3. Glasgow police insist on all ticket but these should be available at Ibrox ticket office or ICT. Allocated area.....no need to sit in ticketed seat. 4. Haven't decided if I'm going yet.

So when you pop yer clogs we can skin yer erse and stretch it over a frame to hang in the Tate. We can win against the steelers (not had the big apple pie fae Moray on for a while) and I think we could also send shock waves across Glasgow on wednesday night. Having watched the Falkirk highlights at the weekend they look like a team who've given up. Even Yogi has lost his enthusiasm and I think he could be the next to seek pastures new. I'm so looking forward to Hampden
  7. Tichy, the point I'm trying to make is: the average club needs a squad of at least 24 players. To operate two teams would need twice as much. Most clubs couldn't sustain that. Tug, I believe our suggestion was not to enter a team in the HL but to provide a team made up from our reserves and U19's to play friendly matches each week against the HL team that didn't have a match that week. HL having an odd number of teams.
  8. Definately pay at the gate.
  9. Rory dont play for ICT no more. Its a stupid idea. Why they want to abandon the reserve league I dont know but why should they muscle into the SFL? Teams need a squad of around 24. Some of those dont get too much opportunity to play outside the reserve league. Its also where managers get players back to match sharpness so is a necessary part of team building. To have a B team would defeat that purpose because the players would need to be registered for that team and so couldn't move between. Typical OF domination kicking in here methinks.
  10. I'm sure I remember a while back someone coming from, or living on, the Falkland Islands. And I believe Auckland is further south than Canberra. Canberra 35 degree's 15 minutes South Auckland 36 degrees 52 minutes South.
  11. If everyone is fit then I see no reason to change too much. The back four are solid at the minute. The Imrie / Odhiambo pairing seems to be working well and I think it can only get better. Proc and Foran on the wings is also giving us something. My dilemma is the centre mid. We've too much to choose from. Brian Kerr, if he's embodied in the buzz and enthusiasm thats returned to the TCS, can be as good as, if not better than, Black. Royster and Russel deserve to be in there somewhere. Morais has the sort of class that could be utilised right across the midfield. Ian Vigurs needs his confidence maintained. Going to stick my neck out and say start with Brian and Ian. So Esson Rossco Pavels Grant Lionel Proc Brian Blackie Foran Dougie Eric Bench: Ike, Gatty, Phillipe, Royster, Russel, Vigurs, Rooney
  12. And well the Steelers come up next week Shall we sell some grass to you

Was he ever played wide left under Brew or was it the centre back roll?
  17. As this thread is heading for the same discussion as the 'Midfield choice' one I've merged them to de-clutter the system.
  18. Being as they are SFA semi-finals they will, I believe, be played at nuetral grounds. McDairmid would do for me.
  19. I people want to discuss the why's and wherefors of bans could they do it in a seperate thread ank keep this one for the subject of the title. And if you want the same source of information as I get then search the SFA website. Its all there.
  20. Duncan has a ONE match ban so will be available.
  21. The semi-final ties are: Rangers v Inverness Caledonian Thistle Falkirk v Hibernian Ties will be played on Sunday, 29 March 2009.
  22. Great post. Straight from the heart............................................................. ....of a trye Jaggy
  23. Does anyone else see the similarities between Hibs now and us under Brewster? Players not trying!! Well done to Lionel on getting radio Scotland MoM and also to Brian on getting through the full 90. Well done to the whole squad on turning things around and I, for one, look forward to the rest of the season.
