  1. It's all going to come down to the three remaining OF games and a battle of wits between the ginger minger and he who would never forsake the Scotland job..................as he signed on the blue line. My money's staying in my pocket.

Am dissapointed to hear were keeping the lumbering oaf I dont think that comment is justified. I'll be happy if Rossco and all the others play as well, for the rest of the season, as they did last night.
  3. That'll be the Tony Bullock who's just fecked his knee and may be out for some time.
  4. If Man U were prepared to release him from his contract he'd be a free agent and could then sign. I wonder why someone from Chorley would come to us...............unless its to get away from Johndo. :003:
  5. This topic has been moved to [Anything Goes]. Not exactly football related [iurl]http://www.caleythistleonline.com/community/index.php?topic=6244.0[/iurl]
  6. Falkirk lose, Hearts lose, Aberdeen can only draw. One win sees us back in sixth.
  7. Looks like Mike is having his work cut out tonight.
  8. Hibs 1 up at Falkirk
  9. Certainly a more attack minded selection than previous. Marius and Markus could turn out to be the partnership of the season so far.
  10. That is not quite what the courier say's Wayne. It appears to me that Russell is pricing himself out of a new contract which, without securing the services of another club who could meet his demands, could turn out to be a bad move on his part. Courier quote: RUSSELL Duncan could be on his way out of Caley Thistle in the summer with the club not able to match his wage demands................. Bennett, however, seemingly has a fight on his hands to retain Duncan's services with the defensive midfielder already turning down the club's initial contract offer. Duncan, who last week made his 250th appearance for Caley Thistle in the 3-1 defeat at Motherwell, has been outspoken with regards to the deal he was offered, claiming that the club's wage structure had moved on in recent times and he felt any offer to him should reflect that. Last week, manager Craig Brewster was confident a deal could be done to keep Duncan at Inverness, but it would seem that may now be unlikely. "Caley Thistle and Russell Duncan are still a fair bit apart in terms of what we are willing to offer and what he is looking for," added Bennett. "I appreciate the position the players are in with regards to a new contract, but the board at this club have allocated a budget and we have to stick to that."

If he aint good enough for tangoman.............................................
  13. Oh no!! The legend's resurrected. Hi Alan
  14. Wouldn't bet on that. Dundee only four behind and St J ten.
  15. Yep GJ, excellent post and reminder to everyone wearing Brewster blinkers that Charlie achieved a great deal for this club. Bear also in mind that it was CC who brought in Rankin, Cowie, Patti, and arguably Marius.
  16. Dont really matter if the player revolt story on rumours is anything to go by.
  17. Maybe no Gary either.
  18. As has been requested of sophia, Gillian, could we please keep the thread on the intended topic and refrain from discussing other posters.

Well the Paisley mob had a **** good go at it.
  20. Maybe requested a transfer :023:
  21. Sorry WL but I think your memory is playing up a little. Last season we lost 14 games under CC. This season we have lost 14 games and there's still 11 to be played.
  22. Mon the Super J's....still time to reach the top :001:
  23. I watched the game on tv and, like the match commentators, I didn't even think it merited a red card. I think the ref chose that action after seeing the outcome. The tackle was a bit mistimed but not malicious. These tackles happen in many games and the players get up after the magic spray. Sadly, from time to time, someone gets seriously injured. We have had players in our own team who have made tackles that could just as easily have had the same outcome.

No. Not happy. Not happy that Rankin had to leave to get a game. Not happy that Caff felt the same way. Nor in the rumour that Barry needs to do the same. Nor that contracts for the next couple of years have not been sorted. Not happy that the ethos that put this club where it is now has disappeared. Nor that we field eleven players each game and not a team. At least McDairmid is almost on my doorstep and each week it looks more inviting..........and its got a pub 200 yards from stadium.
