  1. No no, its Pressley that makes a diddy out of Pressley
  2. Just to be different I'd go for the overhead triple salsa two turns and a half twist back flip from Rossco.
  3. Probably 7 or 8 home and about a dozen away.
  4. Think you might find that Jason went south for choice, not money. After the way he was treated by the SPL there was no way he'd return. And that comes from a friend with a vested interest in St Johnston.
  5. Wouldn't be allowed anyway. Bench seating
  6. Yep, Wigan is a bit cheaper at £270 but then Bolton is £349 and if you fancy Newcastle its £350 for the cheapest up to £929 for platinum. Gretna will be £350, Killie £290, Falkirk £285 - £335, Ours £200 - £330, Hibs £330 - £380, Aberdeen £208 - £390, Dundee U £255 - £370, Motherwell £260 - £355 Celtic, Rangers and Hearts have waiting lists so can charge, and do charge, way in excess of others. Only St Mirren have top prices below £200 All in all we compare with the rest in this league. The rip off is not so much with ICT but with the SPL hierarchy. Oh! and Ross County will be £156
  7. Fraid I dont quite understand but I wonder if the reason is to separate those with natural ability from those who need extra ball skills coaching.
  8. This may not be football related but it is stadium and it will make some cash for the club so if your available put your hand in your pocket and go along to see this show. Its brilliant SPIRIT of the HORSE
  9. To build a stand on the road side, I would imagine, would easily be £5 million and probably nearer 10 to make it worthwhile. Office space, toilets, food outlets etc. The gas line would need to be shifted cos no matter the depth of founds it cannot be built over. Roadside banking would need to be cut into and shored up to give enough distance for a roadway between stand and banking to allow emergency vehicle access. Camera's.......Setanta operate three + a pitchside roving camera as it is. That may be just for televised games though. Screens........to be honest I dont think there needed.
  10. So two screens would cost somewhere over £10 million??
  11. One advantage for Rory and Zander is their call up to the National U20 squad. If they can do well and play consistently in the world cup they will come back full of zing and, hopefully, with a hunger to succeed next season.
  12. Craig Dargo said he wanted to concentrate on his football right up to the last game of the season, without being sidetracked by contract talks. He also said he wanted to weigh up what was on offer. Both those statements have been respected by the club. At the moment the management team and a few of the players are away on a well earned golfing and wind down break. When they return talks will resume. Craig is still under contract for another couple of weeks I believe and I'm sure even he doesn't want any time wasted in settling his future. The rest of us just have to be patient and wait on the outcome.
  13. W D L F A Pts Pos 04/05 11 11 16 41 47 44 8th 05/06 15 13 10 51 38 58 7th 06/07 11 13 14 42 48 46 8th Three good consolidation seasons with this season being very similar to the first. Next season has to be the one to really start challenging.
  14. If dargo signs nex week then its highly unlikely he would be sold come january, unless we're talking big money. If he was to score so many that he was still one of the top three even though he wasn't there then he'd still be listed.
  15. No...........if he's not there bet is void. Yep even money...................................maximum 5 bets though. Oh! and your word is your bond as is mine 1st five to PM me will be covered. League and cup goals count but not pre-season
  16. £20 says Rory will be one of our top 3 scorers next season.
  17. To be honest I dont think we're hunting Romania for players so much as establishing contacts who may find someone useful to us. I think the 'home grown' will always be the preferred route.
  18. This season the home form was sorted. Next seasons challenge is to marry the two previous seasons together. Edit to add..........we haven't actually done that bad away either....unbeaten ten games. 3 wins 7 draws. Yngwie.........ICT 9 away losses, Killie, Motherwell 9, Falkirk, DU 10, Hibs 11, Dunfermline 13. In my book that makes your statement very wrong.
  19. 3 up from the youth, Don Cowie + 3 signings = 7 signings total. Not too many other teams can do that in one swoop. As for the sarcasm against Cowie. Lets give him the chance to show his worth before slating him. After all quite a few were making similar remarks about Rankin coming to us and he has slotted in really well. For me a right back, a centre back and a striker is all thats needed.

Would imagine the SPL club reps will meet at some point before season starts to discuss success/failure etc. and decide from there.
