    I recall possession football with no penetration then being picked off by what we deemed were lesser teams, time and time again. Sounds familiar?

    The wind has hampered Morton's admittedly limited play in the first half, we'll have it against us in the second...hope the missed chances don't come back to bite us.

    McInnes' feeder club hit hard times, hence his Aberdeen side struggled with recruitment.

    I appreciate Doran has been with us a long time and has had plenty ups and downs with us, but I'm not sure he's got much left to offer at this level.

    Think Kennedy was papering over the cracks...whether he had a standout game or not (and he did fade towards the end of his spell), the reality was he occupied two or three players - so we were bound to have space to exploit when he played.

    Ironically we would've folded the year we sold Ross Draper...if we hadn't sold one of our best assets for less than he was supposed to be worth. Suicidal.

    Simply can't afford decent contracts beyond 2 years. Players now leaving us for Ayr & Raith rather than re-sign. Says a lot about the feeling around the club. I expect this trend to continue in the short term.

    Trying to lull the part timers into a false sense of security by surrendering possession.

    When you consider they were almost out of contract we did well to get anything at all. County sold a teenager (under contract) who has come through their academy and then played a handful of premier games - to a team who make a lot of money from tv deals. Can't really compare them can we.

    Heard that uncle Roy might be sniffing around one of our young midfielders...

    Really need to dig in for the points - not just in the next few games - but for every remaining league game to ensure safety. Performances in recent seasons have shown staggering levels of (in)consistency, and I believe the problems are deeply embedded in our playing and management set ups. Whichever way this season goes I think we are at a very real fork in the road. Big decisions will need to be made.

    Popescu was at it the whole match, ref seemed oblivious, especially on Todorov at the end.

    Feels like a loss, but if we had lost we'd be in a far worse place going into the hearts game. Keeping in mind we are struggling to score we must sort out our defending. The equaliser was the result of not picking up runners between our lines...Alloa had so much space by the time they got to our box that a simple pass exposed Harper 1 on 1...you know the rest. Undone by two cheap goals.
