Yes unfortunately and I've said that a lot this season, only to be shot down!! I really don't have any idea what the f*** he does in training but it certainly can't be effective if we a) can't defend properly or b) players are ignoring him (see last week after match interview to see what I mean). I don't like calling for managers sackings lol (I've giving Townsend plenty time, even on back of poor RWC) but this time, I just can't see how we can improve under his stewardship, I really think his mental health issues are hampering us too, he should resign and let someone else in (God knows who though). I think we are going to be fine this season, probably between 5 and 7th so the bonus is, youngsters get a chance of playing (that's actually a bonus of signing nobody all month too) so the summer could be crucial in terms of getting players in if that's needed.

I certainly prefer our approach to the Dundee one. I still don't understand how the hell they could afford Cummings, Malachi Fagan, Adam or Paul McMullan when only a few years ago, they were in administration!! They could be in deep trouble if, as expected, they don't get promoted back to the Premiership.

I'm sure most of you peeps on here will have seen the after match interview from last night where the gaffer is raging at dropped points. He was raging that players were a), ignoring instructions and deciding to do what they like in matches instead of what they get taught in training etc, he also mentioned players taking the huff at being subbed or being on the bench, which he says will change so that sounds like he is planning on a) making wholesale changes for Saturday or b) dipping into the transfer market before the transfer window Slams shut. I can actually see a few players leaving in the summer and a completely new team for next season, if Robertson is in charge, which is very likely :ictscarf: Lets hope the players got an earful last night and put it right on Saturday because, if not, the calls for sackings will increase drastically.

We need a winger to replace Kai Kennedy so, with our relationship with Hearts, could we maybe get Jordan Roberts or Lewis Moore from them. Both will likely not get much game time due to Ginnelly and Walker/Haring etc plus JR has played for us before. I also saw on a fans twitter that they'd like Ralston in but do we need an RB?

Jordan Jones and George Edmundson available for loan, would they be worth loaning?

This season should show the manager that its a striker and/or the defence that needs to be the priority in the transfer market We have strikers yes, but not one of them is consistent enough to score every game. Surely Rangers, Celtic or Aberdeen have young striker ls they can loan to us.

Who though :O? I wonder if there are any Centre Halfs on the loan list that we could inquire about.

This round is the round before Premiership teams come in, I think apart from Dundee Utd as they are newly promoted, but don't take my word on that because I'm not sure if the newly promoted team still come in at same stage as Championship clubs. Any preferences? For me, it's Buckie but I am fairly certain it'll be Elgin as we always get them this round.

Hey peeps, it's your most favourite CTO poster 😛 As it's only a week and a half until the transfer window opens, I thought I'd start a thread where we can "discuss" any transfer related news, be it rumours (where is IHE lol) or articles in the newspapers with quotes from JR on transfer news. Imho, we probably don't need much and, Tbh, I don't see much business and that goes for all clubs, not just us. I think it's imperative that we extend Kai Kennedy loan, otherwise we may be on the look out for another winger.

Hopefully they take our clown off our hands, I'd f****** drive him there myself!! And before anyone has a go (lol), yes I'm pissed off at losing to part timers, it's utterly, utterly unacceptable!! I praise the players and management when we win so its only right that I criticise when necessary and today is that day! We NEED goalscorers in January, but the clown would know that, as he should know that the defence is a joke.

I know this is aimed at me 😛 so I'm going to give credit where credit is due. It seems that the injuries hampered us more than I thought but now the guys are back (with more to return) we look a completely different team :). Kai Kennedy was sensational tonight, hopefully his loan gets extended until the end of the season. Imho, not one failure out on that pitch tonight, or in the dugout -P. Queens were dire though, they look like contenders for relegation let alone play offs, which is where Jonathan Sutherland thinks they will be looking towards. To be fair, he does deserve some credit for finding gems like Allardice, Deas etc and by showing faith in youngsters like Harper, Mackay and MacGregor, but he is susceptible to the absolutely ridiculous signings to, such as Danny Devine! As I said, surely there were better CB available than him, or even one of our youngsters, at least that way we can say, "he's young so mistakes should be tolerated, but hopefully he learns from it", or words to that effect :-). What I will say is that I don't think John is a bad manager, I'm just thinking we need new direction. i do agree with you regarding being "stronger" once injured players return vut but how far behind the play offs will we be by then? Surely you peeps can understand that I want us back in with the big boys before too long otherwise I'd be happy to be mid table and happy with our current manager, so long as we didn't get relegated. I get that I'm public enemy number 1 at the minute, ive I've been putting up with that tag for years but my posts are because im I'm sick of failure to deliver when I know we're capable ;-). I've just seen Robertson's after match interview on Facebook and it sounds promising regarding the injury situation. He said that James Keatings, David Carson, Shane Sutherland, Danny Devine, Aaron Doran and James Vincent are likely to get the next 2 league cup matches to increase their match fitness so, how does that leave the injury situation, would it only leave Sean Welsh or am I missing anyone else
