We won 5-1. Barry opened the scoring with a nice free kick then Deano got the 2nd from the penalty spot. Deano made it 3-0 before Keith pulled one back. Two goals from John Rankin finished it off. Team was: Fraser ??? Caff Hastings A. MacDonald Wilson Cowie Duncan Rankin Bayne Deano Not sure who the right back was, some young lad. Guy Kerr came on for Ally MacDonald at half time, then another two youngsters came on for Duncan and Bayne later on. Not a great performance by all means, but nice to see some goals.

One outside Primark on Union street the other on Hutcheon Street. Saw a guy take a swing at a police officer on union street as well before he was promptly swamped by another five officers. What is the world coming to eh.

There may not have been any trouble at the football yesterday but there was a lot in Aberdeen at the weekend. Two stabbings on friday night and god knows what else. Witnessed a few fights myself on saturday night as well. :006:

Just got back from Lithuania this morning. It's been an absolutely fantastic week and so has the football for once. We are by no means the finished article but are definately improving, and if we keep it tight against France we could sneak a result, then who knows what will happen in the Ukraine!
