  1. Past hour
  2. He was playing wide left tonight.
  3. Today
  4. Smart. Uncontentious.
  5. I didn’t want to name him until others confirmed it was who I thought it was: Dan Mackay.
  6. Has Roddy Macgregors contract expired?
  7. We dont know 14......
  8. Only trialist 15 played the whole game, with him finishing at right back. A useful work out but some rustiness. Of the youngsters, Sam Thompson was controlling things in midfield, with Archie Kerr and Jake Rodgers looking promising. Bates was lively and could well be an asset for us. Not sure about the big no 20, but trialist 15 looked promising, while we all do know no 14!!
  9. The ref is letting most things go, and we got caught not playing to the whistle at the Nairn goal when Shinnie was fouled in the build up. Bates is on now as Longstaff extends our lead from a direct free kick.
  10. 18' | 0-1 GOAL! Trialist opens the scoring (No 20) Clearance blocked and he scored with a near-post shot. 21' | 0-2 GOAL! Paul Allan scores after ball played through out wide which was cut back and slotted away. 34 | 0-2 Good move from Nairn County as Calum MacKay's effort comes off the post. 41’ | 1-2 Goal Nairn! Ball is won in the middle of the park by Kenny McKenzie and plays through Calum Mackay who puts it past the keeper. 45+| 1-2 Shae Keogh sees his effort held right on the stroke of half time HALF TIME: 1-2 ICTFC Subs at the break: Ross Munro, Luis Longstaff and Liam Sole on Logan Ross, Shae Keogh and Trialist (No 14) off 47' | 1-2 Good ball from Adam Mackinnon finds Trialist (No 20) in the box and his effort is just over. 53' | 1-2 ICTFC Sub: Morgan Bates on, Trialist (No 20) off 63' | 1-3 GOAL! Luis Longstaff's free-kick finds the bottom corner from the edge of the box. FULL TIME: 1-3 Looks like everybody got some game time.
  11. Half time: Nairn 1-2 ICT.
  12. Noa is left back (looks pacy). Trialist 14 (on the other side and left my distance glasses in the car but he may be someone we know well) is right midfield, 15 is centre half and 20 is a tall striker who’s just opened the scoring. Paul Allan has just fired in the second.
  13. Is Noa playing as centre back?
  14. Our Starting XI to face Nairn County in tonight’s friendly at Station Park Please note we are awaiting the relevant clearances for our new signings and they will be listed as ‘Trialist’ on officially submitted teamlines
  15. Some of our best recruitment last year happened in July with Alonge, Wetherspoon, Alfie B , Alfie S, Liam sole all cpming in. With this signing so early I am starting to feel quite confident that by the time the season starts we will have recruited another good squad for Kellacher and the team to develop into better players and a great team. Now get contract extensions done for Adam, Calum and Remi and I would be very happy.
  16. Best home shirt in years, great effort.
  17. Like the kit, love that the badge outline is gone, and happy that someone - whether by law or by common sense - has made sure that the logo of a betting company is not on youth or kid shirts. Good job ICT !
  18. Anybody ask for a striker??? Morgan Bates on loan from Swansea Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC are delighted to announce the signing of striker Morgan Bates on loan from Swansea City until the end of the season, subject to Scottish FA and international clearance.
  19. Well the badge surround has gone and looks better for it, but it's hard to see if it's embroidered on or not. I assume all kids kits won't have the sponsor, but I wonder if the adult sizes will have the option not to have it on principle - I know for a fact that West Ham offer the option with or without the betting sponsor but not sure about other clubs with similar sponsors? It will be interesting to see what other merch is available - I do like the grey hoodie that Graeme Shinnie was wearing in his recent interview on the club YouTube channel.
  20. New kit at Inverness Castle. The new 2026/27 Home Kit will be available for pre-order from Thursday 25 June. Featuring bold red and blue colours that proudly reflect the club’s identity, the shirt includes a host of premium new features. Supporters will notice the redesigned silicone club crest, giving the badge a modern and striking finish, while “ICTFC” is proudly stitched into the back neck of every shirt. Paying tribute to our Highland roots, the iconic Loch Ness Monster also features within the inner neck design, providing a unique touch that celebrates one of the region’s most famous symbols. We believe both players and supporters will be thrilled with the new look as we embark on what promises to be a hugely exciting season for the club. The shirt is modelled by new signings Graeme Shinnie and Noa Boutin, alongside returning midfielder Paul Allan, at The Inverness Castle Experience. With the youth version being modelled by some of our ICTFC Youth Academy players.
  21. When it was indicated that we needed to bring in someone to hold the ball up, I immediately thought of Big Jordan. Not Joe but our previous employee who not to everyone's liking presumably is local and has one year left in him although dropping from Roy's inflated wages might be a problem if he can find an alternative.
  22. It does look a little short of striking options at the moment. I do always think, though, that a world cup delays the transfer market activity. OK so ICT probably aren't looking to directly sign a WC player but when these players move it does tend to have a knock on effect down the leagues as other players move on and become available.
  23. The absence of any recognised striker signing is beginning to play on a few fans minds now as we creep closer to the friendlies and the new season. - I’m sure there are three or four players (out there) that Charlie Bhoy has been negotiating with clubs and maybe some agents on money, guaranteed playing time and expenses (digs, travel costs etc). They push for largest, we offer the lowest to tempt and nudge it on until the last week before the season commences. I expect we will end up landing a couple of loan deals in July. Alfie B may still be in the mix, time will tell. If a Alonge offer is ‘still on the table’ then I wouldn’t be too upset his inclusion as I feel he developed his game in the latter half of last season, knows the club, most players and has height that I feel we could do with in the rigours of the Championship league. bc
  24. Come on Kells, pull a few rabbits out of the hat [players would be better]. Looking shy of regular goal scorer or two. It this squad equipped for Championship survival?
  25. Yesterday
  26. As a Thurso resident, I'm totally chuffed for Sam Reid 😀😀😀. Hopefully he's used and not shipped out on loan again!
  27. Well i'm sure Kell has a few things up his sleeve and we'll get some news soon! Could check out Nairn game for triallists maybe?
