Youth football

Morning all cold morning down here today, doing the usual Sunday morning routine though, my lad plays for St Valliers under 10's, in the Hanham Minor league Bristol,  today playing Yate Rangers, my role in all this is assistant.

Anyone else out there involved with youth footy, play manage or just support your sons/daughters?

Its a good release from proffessional footy its good to watch keen youngsters who only play football for the love of it (ie not big bucks)

I used to run the Grantown on Spey primary school football team, remember beating Forres in the local derby..........good times....great kids. Pity the parents couldn't be ersed coming to watch :020:

Looking to go for my coaching badges but only 23 and still playing football so got plenty of time yet!

Really interested in getting in to coaching though... apparently if you get all your badges the likes of Japan, Oz & US football assocations will pay through the teeth to get you across there :024:
