Anyone have a list of fixtures with venues?

Featured Replies

Another fine win for the lads last night, only slightly overshadowed by other events elsewhere!

Thanks for putting that link up, Caleyjag77.

They're up to 2nd in the table now!

Just found out today that our U20s are playing in the cup tomorrow thanks to CaleyD. Could we get a definitive list of fixtures up on the website please?

^^^ It's not strictly the U20's. It's the Scottish Youth Cup tomorrow. Queen's Park  v  Inverness CT.

My bad. Apologies.

Lost to Queens park, no idea on the score

It was 2-2 and lost 4-1 on pens, we took the lead after 63 minutes and gave away a late goal, took the lead in extra time but gave away another late goal

That puts us top of the table! :ictscarf:

Very pleasing.

Well done indeed - if anyone was at the game is it possible for a brief report along with the team. For people living outwith the immediate Inverness area and not able to attend these matches it is very pleasing to not only see the results but find out the team and performance of fringe and youth players - which unfortunately the official club site rarely does

Official site has had u20 reports from home matches this season.

On the youtube channel, there are the goals. For example, against Ross County : http://www.youtube.com/officialict. Report and goals for matches against Hibernian and St Mirren are not available yet.

Actually, we are top of the table : http://spfl.co.uk/reserve-and-youth/u20-league-table/.

Is that because they stole my reporter?

You can have her next time! :-)

There is obviously something wrong with my lap-top as it certainly does not show reports from all the U'20 games. I was merely praising those who attend such matches and are prepared to submit some info for those who are unable to attend these matches but I would still like the club site to provide more info in relation to the U'20's.

There are 2 reports of U20 games on the official website, for this season. Certainly not all the games!

Other clubs report very well on their U20's games - Hamilton Accies have twitter updates, for example.

Although it's certainly nice to be sitting top of the table, I don't think any fan gets up nor down at these results - and I doubt any club sets out to specifically win the U20 league, per se.

The actual results are not particularly important.

It's really about blooding youngsters, giving fringe players some competitive game time and for first-team players returning from injury.

However, fans would appreciate some acknowledgement from the Official Website that these games actually exist!

Curtis Allen played the other night - who would have known? Thankfully a fellow contributer (thomas23) informed us on another thread.

The media team is run by volunteers. The more who volunteer the more stuff than can be covered. Simples.

There are usually a few twitter feeds that can be picked up and you will get some information from them. I suppose it all depends on how much and who you know.

I have added some before on this site and followed games via tweets.

I will try and compile a few on this site, but it all depends on volunteers like OCG said or stealing tweets from those that attend, and that's not many in the dark winter nights ahead.

If you look back through the official twitter page for ICTFC then you can see lots of comments from various games.

Start at post 27 and read upwards and pretend you don't know the score...............

  1. U20 League Table updated : http://spfl.co.uk/reserve-and-youth/u20-league-table/

Assuming all other results have been reported correctly for this evening, then #ICTFC U20's are top of the league...well done guys.

  2.

FULL TIME: #ICTFC 1 v 0 #StMirren Caley Thistle U20's go top of the league (pending results from later kick-offs).

  3. Curtis Allen denied by an equally good save at the other end.

  4. Nick Draper with a great save to deny St Mirren and equaliser.

  5. All over at McDiarmid Park: Saints 6 @TheStaggies 1. #under20s

  6. Neither team really creating anything in the final third at the moment.

  7. Jay Cheyne is replaced by Christopher Brown

     Official ICTFC @ICTFC 23h
  8. Sub for #ICTFC: Calum Ferguson replaces Adam Evans.

     Official ICTFC @ICTFC 23h
  9. GOALLLLLLLLLLLL....Great ball from Evans for Pepper to pass it into the bottom left corner.

  10. Pepper tries a shout from distance but can't keep it down and it goes over.

  11. Stramash in the box from resulting corner. #ICTFC players claiming the ball crossed the line, but nothing given.

  12. Adam Evans stumbles and doesn't quite recover quick enough to get on the end of Ali Sutherlands cross.

  13. Ali Sutherland looks to make an immediate impact with a shot from edge of the box which scrapes the top of the bar. Official ICTFC @ICTFC 23h

  14. HT Sub: Ali Sutherland replaces Ryan Christie.

  15. U20s half-time: St Johnstone 5-1 Ross County.

  16. Half-Time: @ICTFC U20s 0 v 0 St Mirren U20s : Not the most exciting 45 minutes of football, but #ICTFC had the best of the chances.

  17. Pepper does well to keep ball in play and runs it to the edge of the area before laying it off to Christie who's shot goes narrowly wide

  18. St Mirren clear the corner and try to break up the park, but #ICTFC are quick to get back and stop the danger.

  19. #ICTFC get 3rd corner of the game....

  20. Most of the game being played out in the middle of the park, so not much to be reporting on at the moment.

  21. Some great final third play from #ICTFC, they just can't find the back of the net. Curtis Allen flagged offside on that attack.

     Official ICTFC @ICTFC 22 Oct

  22. Ryan Christie receives the ball in the middle of the park from a Evans delivery but shoots over.

  23. Whipped in by Polworth to the far post, headed out for corner. Corner comes in, falls to Brown, but he puts it over the bar.

  24. Free Kick to ICT on the left edge of the box.

  25. Great bit of effort by Curtis Allen who broke on the left and made the St Mirren keeper work with his shot.

  26. Game is underway, #ICTFC shooting from right to left.
