Pubs before Dunfermline match

Hey Caley fans  :021:

A bunch of us are traveling up Friday till Sunday next week and were wondering where the best places to go before and after the match are.

Before the match we like to find a good pub and have good natured banter with the home fans(Killies pub is top banana)

Any suggestions?

Also whats the deal with the curfew thing? Is it 12 at the weekend?

Thanks  :022:

Can I suggest you ignore advice from IHE  :015: :015:

Caley Club run buses and will welcome you pre match.  Bus to the game and back for £2 a head I think.

does gunnies have kareoke on a friday night?  mccallums might  :015:

everything closes 3am friday saturday sunday

The Glenalbyn just across the river ( opposite Johnny Foxes) has ***** singing as well.

me and a couple of mates had a decent crack with a few celtic fans in mccallums before the first celtic match.

even tried to blag a lift to the stadium on there bus but it was full

Wheres the Caley club, sounds good.

Going to save Jonny Foxes for Saturday night along with Lauders for old times sake.

go HERE - zoom in and there are a couple of pubs shown. One is the Innes Bar - well known haunt of a few of the posters on here - and the other is the Caley Club. Getting to the Caley Club is a little easier than Google would have you believe as there IS a footbridge that takes you from Bank Street to Greig Street !!!

Note - The Innes doesnt always let away fans in (depends on the teams if you know what I mean !!). It also doesnt allow kids after the games owing to the fact that it doesnt serve food on a weekend, however it is a favourite haunt of a few from on here and someone will probably know better than me if Dunfermline fans are allowed.

Thanks for all your help. I think we might go to the Caley club if there is transport to the ground(willing to pay) think there's only about 5 of our group going to the game and we've been out in the town before and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Hope so see some of you there  :021:
