What Law of the Game would you change?  None. Feck, gotta be bad when someone is happy with them all !!!

The most difficult Law to apply?  Law 11. Law 11 is offside so there are either going to be offside goals or play pulled back for bad decisions !

01. ICT 2-2 Stirling (Div 2 - 10/04/1999) - 2 yellows (both Stirling)

02. Morton 2-0 ICT (Div 1 - 25/11/2000) - 2 yellows (1 for Morton, Xausa for ICT)

03. ICT 3-1 Ayr Utd (Div 1 - 29/09/2001) - 1 yellow (Ayr)

04. ICT 1-1 Ayr Utd (Div 1 - 02/02/2002) - 5 yellows (4 for Ayr, Tokely for ICT)

He has plenty games where he has issued anywhere between 3 and 7 yellow cards (especially in SPL) but there was one game (Celtic 1-0 Kilmarnock 27/10/01) where he issued 11 yellow cards !!!

Eeesh.  By chance has he done any MLS games yet?  It looks like he'd fit in there no problem.
