An interesting point about the standards. I used to watch Leyton Orient back in the 4th tier of football (whatever name it went by in those days) when I stayed in London, probably late 90's I'd say and the standard compared to the 1st division games I'd see ICT playing in was shocking. More money sure but that doesn't automatically mean a higher standard. I'm not so sure if it's the same these days however. BTW - we'd thump Luton!

I've been watching the odds over the past few days and they are really just influenced by what is in the papers. If a manager who has applied and has been contacted and made the shortlist but not said anything publicly you will get very good odds on them. (I hope that's the case with Luggy's odds!)

I was told he wasn't very popular with the players. Why do so many people think we are just going to fall apart now that Statler, Waldorf and now Chicken Tikka have gone? We won't. Plenty of people, be it managers, players, coaches, chairman, board members, etc. have left this club in the past. We are still make steady improvement year on year. For every Josh Meekings we signed there was Tom Aldred. Forget those 3. We all know how the story at hibs is going to pan out. The king is dead. Long live the king.

Why would they cost a lot of money? They only have until the end of this season on their contracts and I'm sure we'll have made more money from the 3 that have left than we'd have to shell out.
