You know what folks...i dont give two hoots what league we are in. My ultimate hope from football is that i am entertained. Yes its a bonus if it happens to be in the top league....but....for me....its entertainment over sucsess....so..i have no problems being in the SPL and not competing for top slot. I was speaking to a few peeps last night...and they were saying how much they enjoyed this season in the First Div.....and i have to. To back the point i made earlier...about entertainment vs sucsess.....i have , on numerous occasion, cited a DEFEAT for ICT as my most enjoyable game ever (Livi Vs ICT: 1st May 1999).

I dint hear the Peg Sellers moaning two weeks ago...when the ref and lines "person" saved their bacon a few times! For example...when Sanchez was clean thro (and onside) yet he was given as offside!! The muppet probaby would have missed tho, but thats not the point!

For my money....Johnny is a FAR superior player than Robson was at the same stage in his ICT career. I think he has the potential to do better than Robson too. In my opinion....Robson was a good player...when he could be bothered, when things were going his way and he wasnt spitting his dummy out and taking it out on his team mates. Johhny is better at taking on players and his off the ball work rate (from what i have seen) is immense. We will do well to hold on to him. If at all possible...we NEED to get him signed up on a min 4 yr deal.

It was johnny hayes that was booked for the "two footed lunge" even tho, im not convinced it was.

Dont you think its kinda of sad...that the best we can hope for....for all the hard work this season, is to return a league where we will at very best...be a top 6 team. No glory to be had really. Might set us up to reach the odd final, but thats about it. I fear for ya Birdy...coz thats what we ultimatley have to look forward too, IF we go up. Thats the trade of Bud!

Same team as last night, except....Swap the lazy bum Sanchez for the p1sh Odhiambo and McBain in For Duncan (assuming he is unavailable)

I fear EVERY game here on in. Its ours to lose now. Teams will be gunning for us, coz we are top of the pile...so we will be viewed as a scalp. Its all very well being optomistic, but, by nature, i am a realist. I will start bragging WHEN the job is done, until that time...everything is just a possibility. I am taking one game at a time. Raith on Saturday is crucial. Raith are more than capable of throwing a spanner in the works....as are at least 4 of the 6 teams we have yet to play. No disrespect to Ayr or Morton, but i view them as teams who we should be beating at this time....even tho Ayr have been a thorn in our side this season!

God...it was cold tonight. There were a few ropy moments tonight, at 3-0 up i thought the game was gonna be called off coz the floodlights were gonna pack in. Thought we were good the first half, and TOTALLY let them off the hook the second half. We sat back and let them come at us. Few observations here....one may prove controversial. Firstly Odihambo=Too Lightweight. Offers nothing to the team. Second..............Rooney...fook knows who he has scored 15 goals this season. Hes soooo slow, he cant hold off defenders, he cant win the ball in the air.....i honestly think hes the poorest striker we have ever had. IF we go up....he wont do anything in SPL, Im fairly confident of that! He will do a job until the summer tho. PS....get Johnny Hayes signed up ASAP!

What is easiest for you boris? As i say...my mate wil be picking me up about 6-25 ish. Can toddle along to cradlehall shops to get them...or Kingsmills hotel. Whichever suits yourself?

Ok....i sent you a PM Boris. But..the latest is...My mate WILL take me to kingsmills hotel to pick up a ticket if need be. He would be picking me up about 6-20 to 6-30 ish. So...totally up to you what you want to do.

Boris....what i could do.....is text/phone my mate and ask him. His plan was to pick me up at 6:40 to go to the game. Problem is...hes not the most reliable for replying. Am in Cradlehall...so its not too far to Kingsmills. As I say, I dont like to assume he would do it. BUT.....if you get shot of them in the meantime...good on ya! How does that sound?

No babysitter is why I can't make the game. Anywhere nearer to you to hand over the tickets? Bummer matey! The problem is....having no transport myself, ad be at the mercy of my mate and need to ask him to go off route. Am not sure how willing he would be. Am sure he would...but wouldnt like to presume.

Take it you were never in the Howden End pre merger ? Au Contraire DC.....I was at MOST home games from 1980 onwards. I was one of 70 odd hardy souls (record low attendance for INverness Caledonian FC) that once attended a midweek game against Lossiemouth or some such footballing power, deep in mid winter, when Caley were really p1sh! I wonder how many on here can say that!!

Actually Boris....upon thinking....i am doubtfull ad make it to pick em up (assuming you wanted me to have em). I got my kids here. Their mother is notoriously late everytime to collect them...then am getting a lift to the game, so cant see me managing to squeeze in a detour :(

You havn't been to any of the games at Victoria park then. Eh...yes..I have been..I take it you refer to the inaudible half hearted efforts of a dozen or so teenagers? Not exactly what i was thinking about!!

Actually...ad love to see Brewster get pelters too. After all....he drove the club backwards. Unfortunatley....our reserved support wont set about him....coz its not "The Highland Way"

Barrowboy had my support while he was at ICT...however...hes now a soap dodging, peg seller again....so is fair game for abuse
