  3. Take the kids with you One would like to go....the other has no interest at all. Plus....im on a low income due to illness. I can barely justify going to the few games i make.
  4. Sadly...i believe you are correct!
  5. I hope they ge annihilated!
  6. ^A very simplistic attitude that one and a totally unfeasible resolution to boot...as due to my commitment to my kids...am lucky to make half a dozen games a season
  7. I took your excellent advice LG.....for anyone thats intrested....you can pay at turnstiles, on the night, for the C*unty game
  8. Am planning buying tickets online. Does anyone know, when i do that...do i collect them or print them off? Coz i dont have a printer...so could be a wasted exercise. UPDATE...Doesnt accept my card!! So.....can i pay on the night? Anyone....anyone.....Bueller.............anyone?

Do you mean the Mile from Black Bridge to TCS? Theres no way its a mile to Clach park :024: Regardless...Well done Shaun.....nice gesture!!
  11. I have it on good authority that SMEE doesn't actually have any mates :P Everyone....its actually Trees fault am having to go alone. He went and gave his season ticket to his brother...who I was hoping to sweet talk into going to the game wi me. Bad Tree...Naughty Tree....as punishment....i think al sit beside you at the Raith game! :P
  12. Ach...am gonna go...sod it. why not eh. Just seems a bit weird after 34 yrs of attending games with people. BRING ON THE C*UNTY!

7 wins on the trot is a BIG ask, regardless of what league your in. Im thinking 15 points might even be a bit unrealistic....given that i think 4 or 5 of the games are against top half teams!
  14. I reckon we need 15 points from out next 7 games and the league is ours? Acheivable?
  15. Thats a grand idea Alex...but al be cadging a lift to the game and home with my mates...so it will be straight there. But your idea is how it should be done on matchdays. Only problem for me is....first few drinks make me go back and fore to the bog for ages so would ruin the game for me. But...I love the thought of it.
  16. Your probably right....once the game kicks off......i tend to go into quiet/concentration mode, even wen im at game wi mates...like the Airdre game. So...am probably as well sitting on my own anyhoo
  17. your right Don....lets just say....I am socially awkward and find it hard being in certain circumstances.
  18. Its not sad to ask....for the first time in 34 yrs...its something i have never thought about or had to do. And now...the time is upon us. Just gauging the general feeling out there....and seeing if Im truly alone on this....or are there other billy no mates out there
  19. I am planning the game on tuesday. Problem is....my mates have season tix for the main stand. Its HIGHLY unlikely all manage to get anywhere near em. Also cant really afford the main stand. So my question is.....is it sad to go to a game and sit alone? For the FIRST time, since 1976, this is the decision i have to reach. But... Im thinking it looks bad...like your ali no mates. PS....this is NOT a plea for someone to take pity on me and let me sit with them....coz i find it difficult round people i dont know.
  20. Is it just me...or is that not normally the case? Seems like for years and years now....goalies play out of their skin against us!
  21. Abso-flipping-loutley K!!
  22. heres hoping Ronaldo!!!
  23. oopsies....now you mention it............. :D
  24. Dont want to appear negative....coz am not trying to be...simply trying to be a REALIST. But...has anyone else got a niggling fear that our fanatstic run of 14 games may be due to come to an end just at the wrong time. It is some run to be on, regardless of what team you are...and the law of averages dictates that our bubble might well burst sometime soon, I really hope not....but just curious to know if anyone else shares this worry?
  25. Last season....I suffered the upsed of watching BOTH Newcastle Utd and Inverness CT getting relegated. One season on...and both teams are both sitting top of their leagues and possibly going back up. NOW.....If Inverness CT pull it off, they will be the first team to get relegated from SPL and return the following season. So fingers crossed. Am not so sure its a rarity down south tho...but...C'mon the Toon! PLEASE....let this be a happy ending.
