To Whom It May Concern
this is an appeal to the board and the players and all the staff at the club. i speak only on behalf of myself but i am sure that anyone who agrees will back me up in this thread, i ask you members of the board to please sort out this mess, for one reason or another you seem to be intent on disrupting the once famed harmony that has existed at this club. numerous occasions this season have seen the clubs once proud and well known team spirit dragged through the mud with rumours of fall outs and protracted contract negotiations and dressing room splits, personally i wish that the talking could have been done on the pitch but unfortunately, and understandably it seems that very often things have been bad enough to get the better of people. i don't expect the team to stay the same for all time and for things to never change, i accept that the team needs to move with the times and to go forward things must change but the way some issues have been handled this season have frankly left me disgusted. as a fan i make it to every game i am able weather it is work or the wife that stops me it is usually a very good reason that stops me being there. i travelled from Yorkshire for the Aberdeen game and Barry's testimonial dinner and i will continue to do whatever i can to follow my team and give them every support they deserve. i have had many moments this season that will stick with me for a long time, Beating Celtic at home when reduced to 10 men was undoubtedly a massive high, and the last match against Aberdeen was possibly one of the most exciting games i have watched but there have also been lows, the 1 nil defeat at home to Rangers was quite honestly the worst i have felt leaving the stadium, my heart went out to the lads on the pitch that day as i felt that they had given there all and were cruelly beaten in the dying seconds, however the 3 nil defeat to hearts did leave a sour taste for the wrong reasons, they were a team who should not have beaten us, we were and still are i believe better than that. i will still be there next season, cheering the team on and giving my support but i ask only this of the club: please stop the infighting and deceit and lies, this team is bigger than any one person but more important than that this team is what unites the fans. we follow this team in one form or another through thick and thin, some go to every game, some hear them on the radio but please i am asking all of you at the club to once again make me feel proud to say that i am an Inverness Caley Thistle supporter and give me the evidence to back it up. thank you

i don't know the rules............
would make sense. just hoping that we get a chance for Zander to have a run out wit the team this season
-
i don't know the rules............
i always thought the option to recall had to be in the loan agrement for that but surely as the season has ended he should revert back to his original club?
-
i don't know the rules............
Simple enough question. With the SFL finishing this weekend does that then mean that Zander and Gary wood then become eligible for the remaing 3 SPL Games? :024:

Hamilton Accies Moving On Up
i have to say i would have to errr on the side of caution with this one, i reckon if they can get themselves off to a decent start, maybe put up a decent fight against a few teams and nick some early points they will gain some momentum and will surprise alot of people. in all honesty i can see there being some big changews in our own camp over the next few months and i have some real concerns that some of our squad may start to get a little complacent and we could really have a fight next season

GRANT MUNRO
i think grant is the best choice for captain, and i believe next season will be a better performance all round . Saying that though week in week out he has been making crucial blocks and frankly i don't think from my eyes that there is any other likely candidates in the bunch. I'm hoping now that the contract is sorted rosscoe will get back to his old self and this might lead to a more settled performance from the whole team.

ICT -V- Falkirk : matchday thread
hmmm firstly for once i'm probably quite glad i had to miss a home match, what with being stuck down in englandshire. Did manage to listen though and i couldn't help but think we could have done with a barry wilson type super sub maybe around the 60minute mark? Generaly i would say i try not to single out individuals to criticise and i know that as a whole i do think the team is hurting, it can't be easy on a streak like this and i'm sure one or two of the team will be taking a good look at themselves. Top 6 maybe gone but i think now we must start looking to next reason, i can accept a loss or two if brew decides to try something different but if we keep flogging the dead horse then i can't see where things will change. I hope beyond hope that the political/ internal going's on are dealt with soon because from what i have seen over the last few weeks football seems to be the last thing on more than a few of our first team players minds. Incidentally i believe this is what blackies recent behaviour has stemmed from, from my take on it i think it has been little more than his frustrations boiling over and if we aren't carefull i think he could be another one looking to head elsewhere. Sorry for the rant but i love my club and i hate seeing it like this.

concerns
some of you know me and som eof you don't but please take the time to read this if you have wandered into this thread. i have been following caley for quite some time now and have attended plenty of matches. i'm not about to pretend that i have been to every game and nor am i about to pretend that i have all the answers. i do however have some concerns, i am a local , i have lived and worked in and around inverness all my life i have grown up watching sportscene on a saturday afternoon waiting to hear the score and in more recent years(after i got over my jinx phobia) i have been a regular at the games. latey though it is a different team on the park, what used to be a good understanding between players seems to have become an unwitting struggle. the players on saturday against hearts seemed more concerned with trying to set up someone else rather than having the guts to take the shot, or go in for the tackle. we sem to have lost our bite. Yes i would say we have had more than our fair share of bad refereeing descions but if we continue to let the ref scare us out of the game then we might just as well not boher going out on the park. I can appreciate the situation that people like Russel Duncan are in, the prime concern in this day and age, as much as i hate to say it, has got to be to his family.People can go on about loyalty till they are blue in the face but he has reached the point in his career where he needs to be ensuring as best he can that he is doing the absoloute best for his family. If he is being illadvised by his agent then maybe it is time to take a long hard look but as a club we should be doing more to ensure that the people we have relied upon and counted on time and time again are taken care of and that they are happy in there role because if we dont then one of these days it is going to turn round and bite us on the ***. as for the fans well in all honesty i think that the club is very much molded in the newcastle mindset to a certain extent. they know that there are a large percentage of the crowd who will turn up week in week out and who will defend the club to the last. perhaps it is time that the club showed these fans some appreciation.yes the new away strip is a nice touch but not everyone can afford to spend 100 pounds on a top. i hope that the club can continue to progress and i hope that one day soon we are up there in the top half of the table fighting it out for a spot in europe, whatever happens i intend to be there. proudly sporting the colours. i hope that if you have read this you can ee what i am trying to say, this is not meant to be just a winge and a moan i genuinely am a concerned fan and i am struggling to see how we can be so erratic, we performed brilliantly against Rangers in january and i can honestly say that leaving the ground that day was the worst i have ever felt. not because we had lost but because for a brief part of this season the team felt like it had heart again and i felt gutted that we didnt get what we deserved from it. finally i know its cheesy but i really do like the slogan from the advertising posters about town and i hope that maybe some of the team will remember it when they are feeling a bit hacked off or whatever It's Not Just The Jersey But The Heart That Beats Beneath IT

Duncan
:clapping03: really do agree it is about time that the board grew a pair and started to believe. yes it is astounding that we have remained a financially viable team but to look at the things that are going on around us it may be about time that we start to push the boat out a little further. we need to keep the momentum going with the team and if we lose to many players in one glut then we will crumble, yes players will start to drop off the pace and get replaced but we need to keep the ones who are preforming. incidently does anyone know what has happened to Russel this season he seems to have found the attitude the Blackie has lost???? :crazy07:
