  1. now that is an idea i can Really get on board with. give me an excuse to get drunk pre game. would be worth it to see the whole crowd singing it.,,,,,,,,,,,,,.............. long story
  2. not sure if i need to ask on here or not cos i think i already have myself plus 2 booked in to a table but if not can i please. :crazy07:
  3. my boots are primed :017:
  4. not that i am quite yet in the old fart category (26 on boxing day) but when i was in school i did claim to support the blue side of glasgow but more often than not it was for not wanting to stand out from the crowd. at home we always sed to watch for the caley thistle results and over time i have grown up and now dont realy care what others think i am a firm beleiver these days in supporting your home team but in the case of the kids at school it does sometimes run deeper than parental brainwashing. it can often come down to a desire to fit in so before we start the public stonings how about we look a little deeper body armour on
  5. will do my very best to make it, cant see any reason why not. any excuse for a shindig. yay..........apeaking of which im off to christmas party number 4 now oh well its a hard life in the forces :023:
  6. outstanding. loved it. still have not stopped grinning, and was even more amazed to see mageady is out of the old firm game too now, (diving little sniping ****** :008: :018:) do think i might have to ask for a refund on my season ticket though, think i have only used about 10% of the seat :014: mind you that was worth the ?330 alone. :001:
  7. i would have to agree something is up. might be coming from a laymans eyes but surely the captain should be the one that calls the shots ?? okay maybe Granty is new at this but Brew has chosin to stick with him so thats the way it is, ut did anybody else notice Caff screaming till he was blue in the face at all and sundry yet achieving very little? is this a vote of no confidence in Granty or a player on his way out the door desperatley trying to prove his worth to cling on to his spot?

i'm not trying to rub it in. the only reason i have a ticket is becuase one of my collegues cant go, he watched me sepnd 2 hours on the phone trying to get through for a ukraine ticket and when he found out he couldnt go he thought of me. i am sorry to all you people that are "genuine" fans as opposed to me who is apparently fair weather but hand on heart which of you could honestly say that they would turn down this opportunity if it was handed to them? as for this thread well i only started it out of genuine excitement about the game not out of malicisousness :009:
  9. yeah i know wood and sutherland are out on loan but the point is they are still caley players. and as for wood being a striker the main site has him listed as midfield, iirc marius is also a midfield/striker but the site has him listed as a striker so i havent included him in the list there may only be 10 at the club at the moment but hypothetically we could have 12 available in january fighting for 4 (or 5 if brew opts for 4-5-1 ) places.
  10. with there being an abundance of midfielders at tcs and brew having 10 to chose from who would you let go first in order to make way for new defenders list taken from offical site:- Roy Macbain Barry Wilson Ian Black Richie Hart Alan Morgan Russel Duncan Don Cowie John Rankin Zander Sutherland Markus Paatelainen Garry Wood Iain Vigurs by my count thats 12 so maybe the p&j cant count but even so thats alot of players fighting for 4 places purely hypothetical situation not incinuating any are going just an intresting little thought i had...... if anyone wants to make this a poll then crack on

i would love to volunteer, but unfortunately i cant garuntee at the moment that i would be able to help when needed. ergo no point in volunteering cos penny to a pound is that i wouldnt be able to help when needed
  12. woohoo i'm 99% certain to have a scotland ticket. well chuffed. this is gonna be my first scotland game.
  13. would generally agree with that ihe. he does have the skills but i dont think he has the pace or drive. when i have watched him he seems to me always to play the little flicks and passes and ok maybe they do get to there man but i dont think e ever appears to get intae them enough. mind you i would have to say that he does always look disappointed when he comes off

not that i condone it but the sun today has pictures and video showing full detail of pete doherty injecting himself with heroin, yet he is adored by millions and makes money every day from his screechings. that is where you should be starting with the public stonings in my book

Very unfair. We shipped 14 goals in the 6 SPL games that Richard didn't start this season. Hardly rock solid without him. The defensive problems are behind and to the right of Richard. :014: the defensive probleam run to far more than the goalie. or am i getting my directions confused?? :023:
  18. probably been asked 100's of times before but can anyone tell me if or where it is possible to get a copy of the game from the first time we knocked celtic out of the cup??? pretty please
  19. congrats to all 3, hope the wee girl is fine but next time could wee have a new central defender please??? or if you wanna have twins we could use a goalie too LOL :clapping03: :clapping03: :clapping03:

welcome back Richie, i will settle for a goal or two this season thanks :blah01: seriously though how about a nice load of talent and skill on the park and two fingers up to the away fans who no doubt will be rubbing there hands with glee at the bating opportunities c'mon richie lets see some of the old beauties
  22. now i know al you moaners out there keep complaining about our lack of originality in chants but i have just come home from a week in italy and can happily report that having been to see AC Milan V's Roma the chants in italy are exactly the same could clearly hear on two or three occasions a chant of Milan clap clap clap :001: also managed to work out which one was " The referee is fond of self love " :crazy07:

not for me im afraid i personally think that it should be a defender. i also think that russel has improved a lot as a plaer this year but he would be pushed a little to far with the captaincy i agree with ihe that russel's backchat has been bad this year i also think that grant will come good again, once he has a solid defence around him again with some older heads init
  24. out of curiosity eliza, were john rankin and caff as good as to stand out as the main site reckons ?
  25. watchin the game on sunday it seemed to m ethat there was something not quite clicking in the team. alot of passes seemed to benot making there mark and in generall there were just too many **** ups. 1. Russels passing semed to have gone back a few seasons and he was reduced to getting applauded for good passes again 2. Roscoe seems to continually get dragged accross the park leaving acres of space behind him 3. there seemed to be a good few ocasions where we were about 4 or 5 of our guys to one of theres 4 i dont think the defence has any confidence in zibi (was watching granty cox him out for a ball ) 5 in some ways i think we aren't standing up enough for ourselves Aberdeen were i thought getting quite dirty and for the most part our guys were accepting it and just trying to get on with the game, maybe its time we had a wee snap back in the right places just to say "wind your neck in, im not going to let you push me around " 6 why does brew always leave it till so late on to make a sub i dont know if i am maybe being to pesimistic or what but to me something is not right what i would like to see 1 roy dropping to the bench for a game or two and john rankin (If fit) coming back in 2 Serious shake up in defence and some choice words to certain players 3 a bit more composure, we took our foot of the gas on several occasions lately and that is when we are getting hit 4 a bit more of heart wouldnt go a miss either. some of our games i have looked at the players and thought it just doesnt look right opens the floor for the influx of hate and slating :023:
