  1. There has already been an area in the North Stand identified as a possiblity. There are a few season ticket holders who would be affected, so they would need to be approached in the first instance. North Stand seats about 2,500 people. The chairman is still hopeful that an enclosure could be build on the West side of the stadium specifically to house our singing section. It is however a bit unrealistic to expect this to be in place for the new season, but maybe next year. I'm sure the supporter's club would back the idea, but I do know that the Supporter's Trust are still working with the club to firstly get some answers and then to see how we take it forward. The Supporter's Trust board are meeting on Monday night and we will then set a date for a meeting to discuss the way forward for the singing section. Your comments would be very welcome. The meeting will be well publicised on this site and will hopefully take place in the next few weeks. We will hopefully have some feedback from the club very soon.
  2. I'm pretty sure he goes away on holiday today, so I had thought he might have made his mind up by now. It's a risky game. If he waits for another offer, which might not come, he may lose out on the offer he has from ICT. Although we seem very keen to keep him, we can't wait forever. He keeps saying it's a big decision at this time of his career, as this could be his last major contract, but it's time to make that decision. I hope he stays and unless he has anything else definitely on the table, I think we'll manage to keep him. Fingers crossed
  3. Mailer1234 seems to have left the building :024: :024: :024: :024: :024:
  4. :rotflmao: I thought exactly the same last year, but it was held in the home 'car park' :015: :015: :015: :015: Tommy is still recovering from hearing Elton is coming to wreck his pitch without Horses too. :015:
  5. Scotty, Can I make a small correction to your statement. Mike Smith was Safety Officer for the Dunfermline game in John Sutherland's absence, the job of match commander goes to the police and on that day was Insp Cox. I made the same mistake myself re: the titles and I was asked to correct it, so just passing on the info as I got it. Oh and by the way - good response.
  6. I have to agree with Scotty, so far nothing I can see that is a problem, but worth keeping an eye on though.
  7. Discussed here Some confirmation here? Also read that now they have confirmed their pre-season trip, that they will try to get a big name team up to add to the pre season list. Hope so as it's not looking too exciting at the moment.
  8. Thank you to everyone who turned up for this meeting tonight. DJS gave a brief outline of the events the Trust has organised over the last 6 months, and also a liitle insight as to what the next few months might hold. We were then joined by our guests Bobby Wilson and Charles Bannerman for our football forum. Both of these guys have a great knowlege of football and had plenty to contribute. A special thank you to them for giving up their time to come along. :clapping03: :clapping03:
  9. :029:
  10. I read it in yesterday's P & J, I think he might have been a late call up. Good luck wee man.
  11. Anorak :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
  12. Cheers CaleyD. See you later.
  13. Yes please. Not quite sure what we are going to do with them, I didn't realise he had put another bid on, but it's his own money. I've got a few other things to get too, so I sent a message via ebay, I'm guessing CaleyD gets that. See you tomorrow
  14. That's not the purpose of this meeting, altough I would be very surprised if it wasn't mentioned. We try to do this half way through the year to keep members up to date with what's happening within the Trust, and what plans are in place for the next few months. Of course one of the things we have done is co-ordinate the singing section. We have a forum organised, which should be entertaining as well as very educational. I'm not sure why we haven't advertised who is on the panel, and whether or not this is deliberate, but it should be a good night. In the past these meetings were for members only, but on this occasion guests are welcome. There will be a meeting very soon, specifically to deal with the issues surrounding the events at the Dunfermline game. There will be another announcement with a date and time very soon, so check www.ictsupporterstrust.co.uk and of course we will post a copy on this forum.

    SPL Passport

I have had an e-mail from the club advising that there will unfortunately be no SPL passports next season.
  18. Thank you guys. Seems I have acquired Ian Black's boots, well at least my son has. (even with his own money) Got another few bits and bobs to get too. When are you about CaleyD. I'm happy to collect. Cheers
  19. Don't like to take this too much off topic, but a few comments require a response. Mohammed Al Fayed can't put money into it Ross County, but the assistance referred to in the press was of an advisory nature and possibly player loan deals etc. Ross County don't have a football academy, but the Highland Football Academy is situated adjacent to their ground.
  20. £7?
  21. If you wrote to the club then the club should respond. If you wrote to the supporter's trust, I can at least update you a little. We are awaiting a response to the complaints we received. We passed on the content of the e-mails (anonymously) to the chairman to allow him to investigate. The supporter's trust are about to chase this up a little, and rest assured we do need some answers and will let you know as soon as possible. A further statement will be made soon and will inlcude information of a Trust meeting to which you will all be welcome. If you want an apology for being thrown out don't hold your breath. If you want an apology for the way in which you were ejected then it's possible depending on the outcome of the investigation. Unfortunately we cannot argue against the fact that the fans in this section would not sit down, only that these instructions weren't carried out consistently throughout other parts of the stadium. Bear with us for now it is in hand, well from a Trust point of view at least, I'm not sure what stage the club are at with their investigations.
  22. Cheers Scotty, that give me some good into. I do prefer Heilandee's option, but unless he comes up with a positive response to my last question then I'll just have to take the new one. :001: The only tip I have had so far is that I should make sure it has Vista premium as opposed to basic, no idea what the differences are, but obvioulsy premium is better. :017: Vouchers are supposed to be for £540, I'm just waiting for them to arrive in the post. Considering I only paid £440 a year ago for my one that's not bad. Graphics aren't a huge concern as long as they are decent enough. We don't use it for gaming so I'm sure they will be okay for day to day use. Thanks Scotty
  23. Do you know any good off licences that accept PC World vouchers. :rotflmao:
  24. Think that there are 2 supporter's buses going. I hope that there will be a few to welcome the Highland March Crew. Unfortunately the early kick off has made it difficult for me.
  25. My laptop has gone to the big computer shop in the sky. I now have a voucher to replace it, but it has to be pcworld. I'm getting just over £500 to spend, which is quite a lot for a laptop these days. pcworld Can't remember which one it was but there's one reduced from £599 to £549 online, but you can get the online price and collect in store. Processor is 1.66 compared to the cheaper ones with 1.73 processors. Alternatively I can buy a cheaper one and get some other bits and pieces to make up the money. I would be happy for any advice on priorities I should look for and to avoid, from anyone who has a minute to have a look.
