  1. I know
  2. Just got back to work after a having a tooth out When a pal emailed to say she'd heard it on the radio at which point the whole office found out. And so begins the first day of the rest of our lives... we can let go of all the hate and memories of treachery and he can get his CV together for the Elgin job. :thumb04:

    Brewster Poll

:018: ;) So the only person prepared to admit they voted to keep him was drunk and made a mistake :thumb04:
  4. Mr Smith is on holiday I believe so dont think it can be laid at his door .... someone other than Mike normally acts as safety officer now although he does take charge if the other person is unavailable. Cheers Scotty He's obviously taught them well :thumb04:
  5. Oh, and fortunately for him, he looks nothing like you Weestie
  6. John Martin's one of the most intelligent and provocative guys you're likely to meet! If he's been asked to remove a national flag then I would expect EVERYONE who takes a national flag to a game to be made to remove them. This is such an obvious example of the club 's BULLYING mentality towards the fans, wonder if Mr Smith was Safety Officer that day? Personally I find it totally offensive that a Union Flag is flown anywhere in Scotland, and as such I now expect the stewards to remove every single one from the next match with Rangers
  7. You looking forward to us being back in the 1st Division Charles? Guess it means you might to cover more of our matches... any talk of it yet in the Heathie?
  8. Good thread Davie :thumb04: You didn't disappoint me
  9. Aye there's always loads more drink consumed at this time of year
  10. It would be better crack for the players to do that to Brewster, haul him up to the North Stand at half time and ask him to explain his tactics to the fans
  11. It's just all doom and gloom for Christmas :thumb04:
  12. I heard Robbo had applied for it
  13. Poor Robbie Their discipline's been shocking this season :thumb04:
  14. But have you been missed very much? :thumb04: :018: By one or two people yes
  15. I've not been to a game since Mike Smith mortally offended me the day we relegated the Pars. Doesn't sound like I've been missing very much
  16. What a fantastic post I've switched to listening to Open All Mikes because you're hilarious and Scott Davie and Brian Irvine just pi55 me off with their relentless ICT bashing ;) And because you gave me my best day in football (when we won the 1st division) and my worst day in football (the day you left) (and my 2nd best day in football when we beat Hearts at Tynie :018: what a mess we were in :thumb04: ) I'm not even going to ask you any questions - even though I have loads - just wish you luck for the future and hope that you manage to find a good club to manage preferably a ten minute drive from your house Lx
  17. Smee, I have the t-mobile thingy for travelling, in my experience very poor, slow and loses signal quite a lot My pal had a T-mobile dongle and couldn't get a signal at her house (Smithton) and when she went to return it they tried to charge her for a year! She's now got a 3g one which is pretty reliable - although the signal seems to come and go a bit. She's lucky if she gets speeds around 200kbs and the download cap is quite low.
  18. I agree! And I read it here but reading it again, maybe it just means he's kept his place in the squad? http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/i...als/7648194.stm Wolves striker Chris Iwelumo and Bristol City left-back Jamie McAllister have been named in the Scotland squad to face Norway on 11 October. Keeper Allan McGregor retains his place for the World Cup qualifier at Hampden, despite being dropped by Rangers. Ibrox defender Kirk Broadfoot is also kept on by manager George Burley after his impressive debut against Iceland.
  19. Lets start with wtf is the crack with MacGregor being first pick over Gordon? I'm staying in to watch the match - anyone who wants to watch it through the wonder of modern technology and not a subscription service, PM Mee :thumb04:
  20. You were in the same year as mee then! :thumb04:
  21. If I went to games still, the OF games would be my least favourite choice, where's the joy in sitting next to some OF supporter that can barely contain themselves if they score or watch a heap of overpaid prima donnas tripping over daisies and trying to get Blackie (/Juanjo etc) booked! I'd much rather watch us play Hibs or Killie, at least there's the chance to watch a potentially decent game!
  22. Wait till you actually hear some of the sh1te they come out with before you decide !!!
  23. Even more interesting is the trial being done on Unst on hydrogen power - a couple of local loons were (I think) splitting water to make hydrogen using solar panels and then recombining the hydrogen and oxygen to power the engine - they said it took 4 hours to make enough to go 40 miles and the only emission is water.
  24. I've been seconded to another dept so cant make the games this year Might get to come back in the depths of winter! Still I'm thinking of you all with your picnics and flasks on a Tuesday afternoon!
