  1. I still dont understand it at all! Couldn't tell anyone about it even if I wanted to :P
  2. Thanks for that inspiring and inspiration reply. Wow! You really are like Jimi Hendrix with the reply box aren't you. Lol how can you call me Jimi Hendrix after writing that!
  3. Dumb and Dumber with Renegade playing both lead roles
  4. Get a friends fare on the train. Used to get 4 tickets for ?30 for Edinburgh so only ?7.50 each
  5. Where are you getting that from? The BBC site mentioned that there was 1,500 Well fans down.
  6. Official lego tester for the highalnd region Na in a Primary school, did this while I was in the nursery!
  7. Toot le lego. Did this during a hard day at work Improved on the wings a bit since then though!
  8. The ICT team is our team, we're playing in it again this year. The club gave us a loan of strips for it aswell this year!
  9. You are a genius Renegade :( How about one of our random Fijian rugby players we sign just tackle him as he's about to shoot and run the ball down the pitch
  10. Only been on the supporters bus once in recent years but a few bottles of diet irn bru can get you round the drink ban :020:
  11. Really? We need mor Lionels? The only entertainment he creates is from his comedy football which you cant help laugh at as it is so bad. What we need more of is competent footballers then we might not have got relegated.
  12. He doesnt have the touch or skill to play on the wing and if you want him out of harms way I suggest putting him in the main stand.
  13. Richard Hastings isnt exactly the Canadian pele so I doubt any teams there would even care about his testimonial let alone consider coming all the way to Scotland to play a game for him
  14. And look what happend the year after we went up and Partick went down, Partick got relegated again down to the 2nd division :party01:
  15. I would rather they dont show any of the highland derbys. Prob wouldnt effect the crowd but could reduce it ever so slightly. I would rather they showed a random away game that I'm not going to so I can watch it on tv! I know for sure I'll be at all the derbys.
  16. Does any one know the number of season tickets we have sold in recent years? I remember a few years ago it was in the press that we had passed the 3,000 mark for one season
  17. and we would likely have had to foot the hotel and travel bills ....... I know we all would like to see "glamour friendlies" but the bottom line is that we are cutting costs and cutting jobs so it would be a huge slap in the face to those who did/do lose their jobs if the saving went straight into splashing the cash to bring big names up to the stadium ..... reality check time folks ... no matter how distasteful it may be ! I'm not talking about priemiership teams, maybe league 1 or 2 teams would be interested in a game. Would freshen up pre season a bit along with the predictable and boring games we have every year.
  18. Lower league English teams on a highland tour... why would thay want to play us, at least with these fixtures we "Fan's" can have a look at them and at least attend the matches. Moneys tight, jobs and players are being let go, or asked to take cuts, why then should the club waste money going down south to play diddy teams? When we have local teams (not calling them diddys btw) that our fans can go watch and allow the smaller teams to make a couple of quid from us, we are playing Dundee United at home too, far from a diddy team IMO. I think some of our "Fans" should have a think and see that these games are to be looked forward to, and as ive already ranted about, at least we can go watch them, and show support for our team I'm not talking about every game but we should have tried to get 1 or 2 home games against lower league english opposition. A few teams would consider and have done a highland tour before, why wouldn't they? Im sure a couple of teams would have came up for a game if we had tried.
  19. If the SFL fixtures were that good why did the put us playing on the same days as Scotland when George Burley asked for us not to play on the same day as the national team Where are you all getting this from think your a bit confused. first division games are never on when the Scotland play, I think there are no senior games on at all anymore when Scotland play. We play Norway away on wed Aug 12th- no fixtures Than we have Macedonia at home on Sep 5th- there are no fixtures on that sat either, same as the Holland game the following wed We have already talked about this in the Butcher is Off thread ... the only clashes with international dates are for one of the playoff games (assuming we qualify for them), and for a friendly in Japan. We are at home to Livi on one of the the playoff dates and at home to QOS on the friendly date. The rest of the qualifiers, there are no games in Div1. I think we'll find that if scotland reach the playoffs and especially if the sat game is at home then all lower league games will be re-arranged. There is no way any clubs would even want to play on the same day as a Scotland world cup playoff.

  21. The usuall load of boring friendlies, not interested in attending even one of them. What is the point in playing Highland league opposition, it never seems to prepare us for the level we face when the league starts, maybe thats why we have always seemed to be slow starters in the league. I'm not expecting any glamour friendlies or big names but maybe if we even played a couple of lower league english teams as well it would be a bit refreshing and give us a different challenge
  22. I am not totally sure if you are serious here! So for one you base all pacific islanders on the figian and samoan rugby teams? And an 'untapped market' of rugby players to be used as footballers?? Does that even make sense in your own head? Isn't the most important thing in being a footballer that you can play football not just be big! I have noticed that a lot of basketball players are really tall and would therefore be great in the air both in defence and attack. We should sign a lot of random tall people as well to take advatage of this untapped market, I cant believe how nobody has signed up the players who dont make it in the NBA yet. If only managers across the world had the brain of renegade! Please show me where I said that ICT should sign rugby players to be used as footballers. I said that if anyone has seen the rugby teams (or anything else about these places for that matter) you'll see the size of these guys. The perfect size for a Bobby Mann style centre-half. Um...how about you read over your posts again. You highlighted me saying 'So for one you base all pacific islanders on the figian and samoan rugby teams?' Then you spout rubbish about the size of the rugby players! The clue is in your own post, they are RUGBY players and arent an example of what the whole population is like. And you pretty much did say ICT should sign rugby players with this rubbish 'Anyone who's ever seen the rugby will have seen the size of the Figians and the Samoans and the Tongans. They're 6"6, as hard as nails and can run like Usain Bolt. I've always wondered why managers have never looked at getting one of these guys as a centre-half.' Sign a rubgy player to play as a centre back because they are big, couldn't make this stuff up
