I expect him to say something that that then appear in our stand, on a day Hibs aren't playing, having a wee look at the guys on show in ICT colours.

Every single one of our starting XI is better than anyone in the Hibs side. I fully believe that. There is no one in the Hibs team I would take at ICT. Butcher would be mad not to be looking at the likes of Meekings, Shinnie, Draper etc. but that doesn't mean he will get them and I don't think he will. As I keep stating, I would very much welcome our club moving quickly, if they aren't already, to get new deals on the table for these guys. Look at Aberdeen tying up Hayes and others now before they can be approached by clubs in a couple of months.

Less than a fortnight now... and no confirmation. If I'm honest, I don't anticipate there being any issue with us and County playing on the same day, as there'll be minimal Morton fans coming up on the train (as the cost will be so high to buy a ticket at short notice). As a side note... is anyone else wanting a County win v. Terry Butcher's Hibs next saturday? The 08:20 train from Aberdeen still has the cheap singles as does the 18:13 return if you fancy that?

Utterly disgraceful if true (I haven't heard the interview). A further point I would add though is not only were they happy to seize the opportunity five years ago they were also happy to sign new deals offered to them when the team was bottom of the SPL without a win. The board and fans stood by them and now they turn round and berate our club and facilities? Disgusting.

Bitter as it may be whilst I enjoyed having Butcher and Malpas at ICT they are working for a rival now so I wish them nothing but misery. I hope we absolutely stuff Hibs the next time we play them.

I think they did. Tremarco and a couple of others applauded someone up in the Main Stand. Must have been Butcher.

Some quick observations 1. Oh great, a crowd wank thread 2. Yes ICT have smaller attendances than other teams in the league blah, blah, blah 3. If you're going to slag off our crowds at least put some more work into it. You've pinned our crowds as 1,500, 2000 and 3,500. That's quite a degree of variance in your argument 4. I wouldn't say there is any bitterness towards HIbs though I think Butcher might have tainted his stock with ICT fans in the last day or so 5. Regardless of how much he cost James Collins is shite

We should let Butcher go and then approach HIbs to appoint him as our new manager.

Hopefully the club will offer some new deals to our soon to be out of contract players in case they are targets for Butcher. If we were to lose them then hopefully we could at least get some money for them rather than lose them on a PCA.
