If this is true he is clearly coming in as cover for Foran and Draper. I suspect that Hughes wants better options to cover any future absence in the centre of midfield given what he has had to try and work with to date. Tansey will at least offer a relatively experienced option if Draper or Foran are out and is more naturalised in that position than say Danny Williams.

If true then I'm nonplussed. He'll just be cover for Draper and Foran and do an reasonable job in there. Won't be a stand out I suspect but effective enough.

He left because he wasn't going to be guaranteed first team football at ICT and he, erm, wanted to play first team football. But yeah, what a wanker he is.

He got one in the abandoned game v County which counts so he has six. As mentioned above this suspension kicks in two weeks after the 6th yellow card so he misses the Aberdeen (A) match.

It's not like Motherwell can do much else. They think the game will go ahead but rather than have ICT fans get all the way to Glasgow and find the game is off they are going to check things out as early as they can tomorrow. Fair play to them I reckon.

His positioning was actually correct initially (on the line of the penalty area) but he was let down by moving into the box somewhat prematurely. Just watched the video again and didn't realise how close the referee was to the goal. You are completely correct his (the referees) positioning was awful!
