Cowie signed the wedding papers but was surprised when he was told he had actually signed a 5 year contract extension at ICT?

Contract talks
Quite bizarre really Fraser is doing fine. not the best at coming for cross balls but his stop stopping is outstanding. Of course there was also that save against Celtic last season. Good news RE: Munro. Get Black and Cowie (:thumb04:) signed up please :018:

Imrie looks quite worried for some reason....

The alternative Billy Dodds thread
To be fair to him that seems a reasonable enough prediction.

BENI Display for Celtic game
That's bizarre that they allow some flags in due to their poles but not others
-
Ian Black
A couple of weeks ago talks were due to start "next week" and at the beginning of this week talks were due "in the next couple of weeks". Seems Brewster has made his stance clear and "demanded" that Bennet gets the trio sorted out ASAP. Winning me over Brew!

Press & Journal Story Sad story. Hell of a lot of money squandered at the bookies.

Bebo is, like MySpace and Facebook, a social networking site. You put up information about yourself, pictures, videos and find friends you know and add them. Bit like having your own mini website.

BENI Display for Celtic game
We got a good round of banter with Alan Combe going on Saturday. "Alan....ALAN......ALAN!" :018: There's a few "loud" folk in front of me who I am sure will help with a bit of a sing song. Though on the whole I am more reserved at Home games having retired my drum a couple of seasons ago. Think you might play with one of them actually but not too sure. I split my finger open on it at the Motherwell Cup game about 3 seasons back :thumb04: Would streamers not be a bit too similar to toilet roll in thaty throwing them would count as throwing a missle? And flags get banned because of their lethel pointy stick unless you just take it in minus the pole?

Ignore Dalneigh Caley. Good luck to you guys in your efforts

Tokely on Saturday
You could argue that why should he get applauded for doing what he is meant to do week in and week out but no you are correct. He deserves praise. A much better perofrmance from Tokely. Hopefully he has shrugged off his bad spell and can get right into the Arabs at the weekend. Another over head kick perhaps to seal a 4 - 0 would be nice

I try to be (as) realistic (as possible) and get called a boo boy

Ian Black
Watch the highlights again and see just how high off the ground Black is. He might be renowned for his heading but he certainly has a spring in his step and will not shirk out of a headed challenge despite his hobbit like stature. I've said before that Black has the biggest potential of any ICT player ever and I think he has been showing that this season. I firmly believe he will play for Scotland one day. Maybe I should change my name to BlackisGod....

Ian Black
Another outstanding performance from the midfield maestro on Saturday capped with a rare goal. Must be said once or twice he went in quite hard on Saturday but, other than that, he has controlled his temper well so far this year and has a fine eye for a pass. He really has turned in some fine performances this season and is well worth a new deal. Hopefully the club get it sorted sooner rather than later. All hail Ian Black

The alternative Billy Dodds thread
Who? Dodds or me? Of course I am (it's the whole point of the thread after all) but who knows what Billy will come out. Personally I can't wait.

I'm pretty sure the thread was started in a tongue in cheek fashion to ask the "Boo Boys" who they want as manager. I've said it before and I'll say it again, after one poor performance we have people saying he's not good enough then after one good performance we have the other camp saying that he is the right man for the job. It will be a real to and fro season i think.

Partly yes but also no. We are lucky to have a site like this that is free to post on. I don't know the costs in running the site but they need to be met somehow and advertising is the only realistic revenue generating method available for this site. Unless of course folk want to start chipping in then it is a necessity for the site to survive.

The alternative Billy Dodds thread
Dundee United v Inverness Caley Thistle Dundee United have made a stuttering start to the season and Inverness have shown they are a threat playing on the counter when away from home with some excellent results at Aberdeen and Falkirk. With this in mind, along with Dundee United missing their entire team due to a bout of flu sweeping through the City of Discovery and Inverness having a full squad to choose from, I can only see one outcome for this game. An easy United victory over a disorganised and lackluster ICT. Dundee United 4 - 0 Inverness Caley Thistle.

WL - it would appear that a number of posters backing Brewster are the same ones who seem to find very little in anything the club do and (arguably) fall into the "Happy Clapping" group. As for the 2nd part of your post - oh dear
